This is my first crack at a D/P team, so bear with me:

    Medicham @ Choice Scarf
    Trait: Pure Power
    EV: 252 Att / 252 Speed / 6 HP
    Nature: Adamant
    Fake Out
    Ice Punch
    Fire Punch
    Hi Jump Kick

One of my favourite leads. I was using Choice Band, but I figure he needs the speed more. Has obvious Gyarados problems, but can do a significant dent to most things.

    Kingdra @ Expert Belt
    Trait: Swift Swim
    EV: 100 HP / 78 Def / 252 SpAtt / 58 SpDef / 20 Speed
    Nature: Modest
    Rain Dance
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Dragon Pulse

I know the EV are all over the place. Otherwise pretty standard Swift Swimmer.

    Blissey @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EV: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SpDef
    Nature: Bold
    Seismic Toss
    Aromatherapy
    Thunder Wave
    Softboiled

    Ye olde Blissey.

    Muk @ Black Sludge
    Trait: Sticky Hold
    EV: 254 HP / 68 Att / 188 SpAtt
    Nature: Quiet
    Substitute
    Focus Punch
    Fire Blast
    Shadow Punch

Muk is still my favourite Poison type. Sub-punching variety for the win. I've got enough HP to pull off 101 subs.

    Forretress @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
    EV: 212 HP / 56 Att / 242 Def
    Nature: Impish
    Stealth Rock
    Rapid Spin
    Earthquake
    Rock Slide

    Forretress is my defensive wall/spinner.

    Tyranitar @ Lum Berry
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EV: 6 HP / 252 Att / 252 Speed
    Nature: Adamant
    Dragon Dance
    Earthquake
    Rock Slide
    Taunt

I prefer Rock Slide for the accuracy.

    Rock Slide

Where did you get Blissey with Seismic Toss?!Blissey can't have a Seismic Toss!If it does,it's propably not a normal Blissey.

Seismic Toss is an Emerald Move Tutor move. I'd Pal Parked this Blissey across (in fact, all my L100s are Pal Parked because I've not EV trained many Pokemon in D/P yet)

    Tyranitar @ Lum Berry
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EV: 6 HP / 252 Att / 252 Speed
    Nature: Adamant
    Dragon Dance
    Earthquake
    Rock Slide
    Taunt

I prefer Rock Slide for the accuracy.

    Try 152 HP, 252 Atk, 106 Speed

with Sandstream and HP EVs, and then DDing, Tyranitar becomes quite the nice tank (barring fighting moves)

Also maybe have Gunk Shot on that Muk, otherwise it's good

Medicham @:Cb/Choice Band (Same thing, just to make sure you know the abreviation).
    Trait: Pure Power
    Nature: Adamant
    Ice Punch
High Jump Kick (These two stay). Or maybe Brick Break
    Bullet Punch
    Psycho Cut

Fortress There are better pokemon who can Sr:

    Fortress
Explosion. Sims/anti taught me that all walls won't last long. Otherwise, all moves are good.

    Kingra, Use Choice Specs.

Tyranitar Leftovers for the Item, Crunch for Stab over Taunt.

Kingdra needs the diversity, which is why the EVs seems to be all over the place, generally enough defence to set up Rain Dance and outspeed pretty much everything.

I may go back to using Choice Band on Medicham, but I like the speed I get from Choice Scarf.

Forretress can be replaced, it was a mainstay of my Advance team though, I'm not too sure if it would be as effective in D/P. Bronzong would be a useful replacement, or Steelix. Either way it leaves me lacking a spinner. I could even use Cloyster, but that would give me a greater boltbeam weakness.

Maybe you can give Forretress Spikes and Blissey SR... having both is nice.

I say yes to this, because Spikes doen't hit Flying or Levitating pokes, which is not good. However, with Sr, it can. would this result in getting more damage, Penguin?

    Medicham @ Choice Scarf
    Trait: Pure Power
    EV: 252 Att / 252 Speed / 6 HP
    Nature: Adamant
    Fake Out/Psycho Cut
    Ice Punch
    Thunderpunch
    Hi Jump Kick

I would prefer Psycho Cut on this, i dont really like the idea of Fake Out and Choice Scarf, seeing your already going to go first w Choice Scarf. Also Thunderpunch has better coverage and with Icepunch and Hi Jump Kick your going to be hitting everything in the game for at least neutral damage

    Kingdra @ Expert Belt/White Herb
    Trait: Swift Swim
    EV: 100 HP / 78 Def / 252 SpAtt / 58 SpDef / 20 Speed
    Nature: Modest
    Rain Dance
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Draco Meteor

Draco meteor=pwnage and with White Herb, you can use Draco meteor and then another move without having to switch out due to the horrible Sp.Att drop, also DM should only be used as a last resort

    Blissey @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EV: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SpDef
    Nature: Bold
    Seismic Toss
    Ice Beam
    Thunder Wave
    Softboiled

Ghosts with Substitiute wall you otherwise and Aromatherapy has fallen way behind in this gen.

    Muk @ Black Sludge
    Trait: Sticky Hold
    EV: 254 HP / 68 Att / 188 SpAtt
    Nature: Quiet
    Substitute
    Focus Punch
    Fire Blast
    Shadow Punch

I dont really know, but the Idea is nice.

    Forretress @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
    EV: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Att
    Nature: Relaxed
    Stealth Rock
    Rapid Spin
    Earthquake
    Gyro Ball

Always max HP on walls and the defensive stat and Gyro Ball from this hurts

    Tyranitar @ Life Orb
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EV: 68 HP / 252 Att / 190 Speed
    Nature: Adamant
    Dragon Dance
    Earthquake
    Crunch/Stone Edge
    Taunt

I would like Stone Edge on this, becasue after a Dragon Dance, it 2HKO's Skarmory. Crunch is there if you fear Claydol, etc.

    Changes are in Bold (Filler)

    Sup-Punching Muk? Hm

Why not have another Pokemon Stealth Rock and this one use Spikes?

Tyranitar @ Lum Berry/Life Orb/Leftovers Why this? You already have Taunt on him :\
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EV: 6 HP / 252 Att / 252 Speed

Since Rock Slide is STABBED, I'm going to leave you alone ^^

Now, to do what I'm good at... finding weaknesses! Hah!

    Weaknesses include:

    Infernape with Dusknoir backup

    Choice Band Lucario with Backup

Aerodactyl that can possibly carry Fire Fang

Yes. It hits a lot of more pokemon with more damage too.

Just thought I'd address the debate between Stealth Rock and Spikes...

I'll always be a Spikes advocate. Despite not hitting Flying types and Levitate Pokes, if you can get three sets out it will cut away 1/4 of their HP every time anyone else switches into play. And it doesn't discriminate between Types; to anyone who is hit by it, they will take 1/4 damage from it.

Stealth Rock, on the other hand, hits everyone (practically OHKOs Charizard and Moltres in itself!), there are some Pokes who don't fear it: Metagross, Dugtrio, any Steel, Ground or Rock type, really. Since you run a Blissey, Dugtrio wouldn't be bothered by Stealth Rock too much. And all that jazz.

From what I've seen, the only people who use Spikes are Skarmory pushers. Occasionally I see a Forretress with Spikes, but they usually carry Stealth Rock. It's really all up to preference.

Spikes: takes longer to set up, but does more damage (barring Levitate or Flying types)
Stealth Rock: Hits everyone, but does more/less damage depending on foe's type.

If you decide to go with Spikes, I highly suggest running a Ghost Pokemon to block Rapid Spin, since nothing sucks more than setting up three layers, only to have it ruined by a single Rapid Spin.

You forget to mention, SR is also useful for ruining Focus Sash users. Spikes does that as well, but Aerodactyl/Gengar sees that as a free invite.

Which is why having both up at the same time is so darn dangerous.
