hp grass over hp ice definately. thunderbolt will do quite a lot to mence and friends anyways. sceptile does crap to you and 2-3 t-bolts will kill it... i think. i like rest and sleep talk over t-wave and sub.

on mence i like brickbreak over fireblast to do some extra damage to bliss.

252 SPA/252 Def/6 HP is what i like for IBbliss... but eh im wierd so listen to husk or someone else if they have something different.

252 def on skarm... unless times have changed.

boah is just boah so let it kill things.

Well, you can try HP: Grass on Zapdos even though Celebi will give problems to Swamperts anyway. Zappy doesn't need max sp.attack and speed btw; some def and hp EVs are always nice to beat gross and others 1 on 1.

I like max def on skarm.

Use 212 hp / 252 def / 44 sp.def on bliss.

Major boah weakness, so you might try rest and light screen over t-wave and sub on zapdos to counter boah.

Otherwise, your team looks fine.

HP Grass>Ice/Light Screen>TW on Zappy to do jack to Swampy and Boah.

Adamant is fine for Salamence, you'll still 2HKO Skarmory.

I use 212 HP/252 Def/44 SDef on Blissey usually, max Leftovers recovery and a little extra special wall power, though those can go into SAtk as well I guess.

3 of your Pokemon are weak to Ice. Be careful of that.

Tryranitar is a powerful pokemon with a number of different movesets. Rock Slide and Earthquake take care of two of it's weaknesses. Crunch gets it's STAB, and Flamethrower is just an added move. It really depends on your preference because Tyranitars are tough to beat.

You just took that from Serebii didn't you? Well, lemme tell you. Most of the movesets in Serebii's PotW suck. Got it? For reliable movesets that actually work use Smogon. The set GG has there is the standard Boah... almost. It's 190 SAtk, not 160. Great job wasting 28 whole EVs there, GG!
