So back in the day, I used to be a one of them computer hacker guys.
So I remember messing about in the registery, with a program called Reshack.exe and I found a cool feature with it. It could hack into basicly any graphical resource inside a program, namely the icons.
So I figured it'd work on 'Game.exe', and I was right.

    1.) Download This!
2.) Run, then File > Open
3.) Browse to wherever you saved 'Game.exe' Screen
    4.) Open Icon > 8, There's you Icon 8D Screen
5.) Right click replace resource. Screen
6.) Browse until you find you're icon or .exe( I just used cmd.exe for ease.)Screen
7.) Click open and you should get something click this. It basicly is just saying changing icon 1-8 and how many colours it's using. Screen
    8.) Click save.
    9.) Check you're Game.exe, and boom! Screen

Well, that's it. It's a fairly easy thing to do.
If you could I would like it if you would credit me for this discovery if you use it.

Just make a shortcut and change it's icon. So much easier.
1.)If your too lazy to follow simple instructions with pictures along side it. Which takes only a few clicks, you need to rethink some things/
2.) No I didn't want a shortcut did I, or I wouldn't of made the tutorial. Look at the title, it's even has .exe in it, no .ink.
3.) No it's not much easier, read my first message.
4.) Even if you would be to do that, you'd have 1 .ink and .exe with different icons anyway, in the same folder.
5.) Who wants a fat ugly arrow on there icon?

Nice tutorial.Or you could right click.Properties.Then browse an icon.
