I just knew it was an egg move, thanks to Serebii.
Just googled how to get it in Gen VI, you need a lot of trading.
Pokemon Tutor in XD can teach it to Munchlax so thats back in Gen III or you can get it on the Winner's Path, on the pokewalker that came with HG/SS (Gen IV) and then trade it forward
