    How to edit roaming Pokemon? I know there is a special that releases roaming Pokemon into the wild, but:
    A) Is it possible to release all three Legendary Beasts at once?
    B) How to make them hold items?
    By the way, I'm not using JPAN's Hacked Engine and I do not plan to implement it.
