If you looked around the forum a bit, you wouldn't have to make an offtopic post to ask this.
Try reading the FAQ thread in the ROM Hacking section to get started.

X-Buster, it'd be better if you also had a screenshot of the ROM base in your post, so that people will know what they're downloading.

strange, it works for me, do you have megaupload toolbar..? you need it..!
 
Oh darn thats why. I hate megaupload though. Its for fire-red right?
