yes, i like the idea, we could make it this way:

we could add the dogpokemon after the storyline is finished, like in ruby destiny, and think about the idea in the cities, what you want is some events like in ruby or saphirre, but i don't think it's possible for our scripters to do that, so i would make it like ruby: weatherscripts and let the pokemon in the cave, what you could do is something like this, that every legendary send his own fire pokemon to you (for example, ho-oh send typhlosion, lavados send charizard and groundon send blaziken) and you could place them in three maintowns.

I think I could make a simple aqua gun activating the sudowoodo. It was somewhere shown how to use Rankenhieb (sry don't know english name ^^) to activate the kopfnussbäume (lol don't know how to say this too ^^).
 
do you think you could make that difficult script with the weather and the pokemon of the legendary, M_T? because i know it's very hard and i wouldn't want to make it to difficult for you, if it's to hard we could make other ideas, which do the same or something like that

(kopfnussbäume mean headbuttrees and rankenhieb means...äh...something with vine wip or whatever xD...)

i think its possible to add the legendary pokemon invisible to the cities and activate them with a script or sth like that.
but your idea is also good SA^^

lol i just tried to open a bottle with Rotary closure and it was so hard to open i have blood on my hand now xD at least i got some met as a prize for this xD
 
I can make a script which will change the weather, don't know if it will change the wather in every town but if not I could make several of them which will activate if you enter the town (of course without stopping the player, he wouldn't recognise^^).

(hoffe ihr meint das das wetter nach dem entei event sich verändern soll xD).

And the legendary pokemon should be possible too, just som sprites who will be hidden until the event with entei was activated and will be hidden again after you fixed something.


I think it's possible ^^
(btw samari isn't moving yet, hope that she will do soon -.-)

BTW: her name is SAMARA xD with and A at the end, i hope you could make it (about the events we could talk later, because we should work that in the future (entei event is after the 5 badge and we haven't even edit the gym leader of the first town xD)

2. rhino (eg rhyhorn, nidoking, donphan)
3. snake (eg ekans, onix, dratini, gyarados)
4. bird (eg pidgeon, noctowl, [aerodactyl]?)
5. humanoid (eg machop, blaziken, alakazam)
6. dragon (eg dragonite, charizard, salamence)
7. cat (eg persian, espeon, delcatty)
8. dog (eg mightyena, granbull manectrike)

i think we already mentioned that fish as the first wont be a good idea, so heres my new list:

1. bird (eg pidgeon, noctowl, [aerodactyl]?)

I think aerodactly and gyarados are a little strong for the first 2 gyms, aren't they? ^^

(Okay, then samarA isn't moving xD. I'm trying somethin out now)
 
that were just exaples^^
anyway i will start with town 5 now
in this town you will get cut and there will be a boat

and after that ill edit route 5 a bit, it needs to be larger and the exit is so close to the bottom border that therw ill be tile errors when leaving it
 
okay now, Samara is moving.
I have to adjust one movement of a Team Shadow guy, it's done in some seconds xD

Then I'll have to correct the script in route 1, I inserted the music but no samara don't move to you after the battle O.o

And I'll have to make the second script for RED and the one for the old man (theese won't take much time).

edit: Event in route 1 is allright now.

ok, but i would change the pokemon to thease:

1. bird (Pidgey, Taillow Pidgeon)
2. snake (ekans, seviper)
3. rhino (nidoran female + male, rhyhorn)
4. humanoid (machop, Blaziken)
5. fish ( carvanha, waimer)
6. dragon (charizard, dragonite)
7. cat (persian, espeon, delcatty)
8. dog (mightyena, granbull manectrike)
 
and i thought the final stage of the stater pokemon(Arcanine, Ninetales, Houndoom) will evolve into somewhat like entei?
 
okay mates, everything should be allright now.
I created a patch and called it beta_forest, so everybody knows it's the beta where the forest event is done ^^

I'll send it to you now. (make a backup copy first and then check in AM if there aren't any errors like last time, that would be a problem).
 
ok i didnt find any erors in adv map, if everythings working alright SA should insert the sprites now

edit: im finished with Town 5 and i have to say:
This is definitely one of the best maps ive ever made!

the cave at the bottom left will be aquanas cave (remember the thing with the dog pokemon of wisdom?)
youll get cut in this town, we could make it like in FR (on the ship) or from the gym leader (ild prefer that)
ill add this map now to the shq and then go eat sth...
