well, we could really make an event in the cave and let the player leave the town before beating the gymleader.
would make it more interesting^^

i dont think the player should be able to leave the town before defeating the leader...

the cake thing was like this:
me and xbuster were chatting on icq and i was hungry so i got some cake. xbuster asked me if he can have some cake too so i sent this image to him xD

What kind of event in the cave are you thinking of?

edit: I don't know if i can do it correctly, but I could try to insert an earthquake in the cave.

btw, I'm trying to understand Masterminds Shiny hack. Maybe we could make a shiny encounter? (don't know if I will understand it, though ^^')

oh yeah, more work! xD well, now i'm finally on the pc and i can write this part and make all the OW's xD (die OW's, die xD)

ok, on genesis cave? it's the first cave right? hm, ok i've got a few ideas, if you really like to do an earthquake, what about this?
proposition 1: a little girl stand in front of the cave, telling you that you have to pass to come to the next town, but it's dangerous, because there are a few earthquakes in the cave and noone knows what it is.
but you are fearless and go on to the cave asking a lot of people wheres the earthquakes (everytime you go up or downstairs an earthquake appears) come from.
next to the exit you finally find the problem: the two guys you meet at route 1 terrorists an Aron (stollunior in deutsch) which is special because it knows the attack earthquake. (ok, if you know how to make shiny we could also say, it's shiny)
so you want to stop them again. but this time, no samara to help you, so you have to battle twice (or we make a double match) . ok, because a cave is kinda hard, we should add the little girl who has follow you and heals your pokemon (can you do this M_T? like: oh i see you found the problem, but i'm afraid of this, could you go and help this pokemon? i can heal your pokemon for you!)
ok, after you beat the two (steven and his friend xD) the little girl thanks you for helping and gives you an Ultra ball and then you have the change to caught Aron.

proposition 2: we decided on a second rival, who lives next to you, also an police man kid. you can meet him there first. something like: "i know, you're the child of the most famous police officers, but i'll beat you someday! and i'll begin now, i'll find the exit before you." at the beginning when you enter, and at the exit he finds you and say something like: "darn you are first here, but i'll beat you!" or something like this and then you battle him.

i know the second one is not very big, but i'm so tired from school and my head hurts xD
if you want we can combinate the two something like:
your rival wants also find the cause of the earthquake and run to find it, and after you beat the guys he appear and say: darn you find them before me. but then i wouldn't make a battle with him.

ok, i know, maybe they aren't good, but like i said: my head hurts xD...

i made the running shoes male, and really I HATE THEM! xD not the sprites, but making the sprite, i hate it so much, ok i make the girl now and for all people on this site, never ask me to do running shoes xD

but doing all the other sprites i love, so don't hear at this what i'm saying..my head still hurts xD

@M_T which proposition do you prefer? or do you like the combination?
 
the sprites are finally ready ^^

er doesn't really matter to me which we choose, but I'm not sure if I can make a person follow the hero (it's easy with applymovement, but in this case the player can choose himself where he want to go O.o).

I only know that earthquakes should be possible.

I can add one or two persons in the cave which will heal all pokemon.

@ Rescue Team Wave: wow, you helped with shiny gold and want to beta test flame of rage? what a honor ^^
sorry, but I'm not leader of this team so X-Buster will have to decide if your're in.
 
ok im back (was at McDonalds with some freinds of mine)
@SA: i like the first Event, but i think we should take another pokemon than aron and not make it shiny
and the running shoes look good to me, did you test them ingame already?
ill upload a patch now cause i think i did some little fixes but dont know anymore what it was^^
then you can insert you shoes there

well, yeah, they're ready, here are the female sprites

@ M_T no, not follow you all the time, i thought when you arrive at one point which is next to the bad guys, she will appear and say that she has follow you and then heals your pokemon.

and neti: I can't use the shiny hack anyway, my debugger doesn't want to work xD (no, that's a problem..I can't even try it out ^^)
 
should i insert them now? then i upload the patch, well and insetr them xD and well i tested the male and it works fine

and which pokemon should we use instead? (about the shiny, no problem) it should be a pokemon who can leanr earthquake a ground pokemon or something like that, maybe larvitar? it could be a little bit special then ( a larvitar is always special xD)
 
yes insert them pls and everything else yyou made if you made sth else xxD

about the pokemon: i would say we take a donphan
or another thing that is kind of a bigger event: regirock. and when it sees you it runs away
 
at the first cave?? a donphan?? xD really, it doesn't fit, you should have a pokemon which is not so strong or not an evolution, i'm for larvitar!
and i think, like i said before, it's a cave at the beginning, so it's stupid to make legendarys there, maybe later, but not when you just started your adventure.
i want to capture a larvitar xD...
what do you think M_T?
 
question: why should Regirock run away when it sees a normal human? xD
