SA will not like this, but in my opinion we could need a second spriter cause she became kinda inactive... i didnt see her posting here for a very long time

post another link to your proof please and then we will decide
 
So... I noticed Xray quit ROM hacking (or so I've heard) and that his name is no longer on the first post. Does this mean that there is an open slot on the ROM Reaverz Hacking Team?

1. Rom Reavers isn't accepting anymore mappers, since we already have a good one. :\
2. That's barely an edit of Lavaridge town, and, it isn't very good..:\
 
i said in my post that it wasnt at all my best, and ive seen your maps from your current mapper, i looked through the maps of flame of rage, and i fixed alot of maps that they'd made, certain things like transitions from grass to rock or sand to rock, and things like that, but whatever, your loss.
 
Show us some good proof of work, and maybe (X, MT or Neti will decide) you're in. And it's not a loss, it's not that we urgently need mappers...

dont be so harsh, i dont think it is a bad map from the mapping point of view
its just that the map really is not even an edit, only an extension of lavaridge town and the extension does not serve a real purpouse
also, the elements used in the map are not really hard ones to use in maps

not sure ehat exactly you eman, but of course there are mistakes in some maps... did i say i was perfect? nobody is perfect
also, it is just a beta
and as Wind~ already said, we dont need any more mappers, cause ZetKa and me both appear to be good mappers, XBuster as well
and i think other members of our team have some mapping skills as well
so its not our loss cause we wouldnt have much benefit from inviting anotehr mapper into our team
btw, you shouldnt be so over convinced of yourself to say that its a loss for anybody who does not let you in his team... espacially if you were not accepted cause theres no need for a mapper, not cause of your skills

ill wait for your other work
convince me that it is a good idea to let you be a member of the team!
 
It wasn't the fact that I was trying to be harsh. :\
If he said it wasn't his best work, he should've posted his best work! :P

@PokeProphet: It would be nice to see another map by you. But, even though I'm not the leader of the team, I'm not to sure if X-Buster needs anymore mappers. :\

I'm actually curious to see some of PokeProphet's better work. Although he shouldn't get his hopes up: Neti promised me he would let me know if the ROM Reaverz were ever in need of a mapper. Still, I want to see what he calls his good work.
 
sorry about that, i was frustrated with a lot of things at that moment in time, but as im sure ive said in the past, my good maps are all on my laptop, which currently has no internet, so i will eventually go on there, get a map off, and stick it on a flash drive and put it on this one, and that one i posted above, i literally made that just for proof, so i obviously didnt work incredibly hard on it, but i'll post more soon enough.
 
thats a good idea, but still what colcolstyles said is true: one of his maps impressed me so mcuh that i promised him to let him know whenever we should need a mapper

X-Ray quited rom hacking and change to game making.. anyway, i think MT is getting hard time to script because of school so i think we need another one, if it is ok for MT.. XD

Alright then. I guess I'll give it a shot:

Skills: Scripting, Mapping
Proof of Work:
That's a mini-battle frontier script I made. Basically, it randomly chooses three trainers out of a pool of nine and you have to beat them all. If it's not enough, just give me a task and I'll do my best. For mapping proofs, just check my signature.

Past Experience: I scripted for a few hacks (Sardonyx and Mystic Dreans to be precise) but lately I've been drifting away from them, both in terms of work and interest. I know that you guys don't need a mapper but I figured I could join as a scripter and help with mapping on the side.
Contact Possibilities: PM and Visitor Messages work best. I do have an AIM account but my friend took it over and now uses it to spam people under my name.
