ROM Reaverz Hacking Team

Well, it's fine if you don't need my skills...

But can you guys help me because I have a hack in progress but I don't know how to change the tiles (like the trees and houses)

I know how to change the palettes but not how they look (sort like how you changed them in Legends of Fenju.

If you can then please help me with that and thanks for makin such great hacks!

you can read my tutorialabout that , check the tile inserting and block editing tutorial in my signature

This really helped out and if I finish the first beta of my hack ill let you test it!

Does anybody need any work done? Preferably scripting?
If you need anything done, contact me sooner rather than later because my midterms are in a couple of weeks and I'll be too busy to hack then. I might as well cram in as much work now before I become inactive.

I need help with a level script that I keep screwing up but I can't get the patch to you until tommorow

It's just fixing the script a little so nothing major

I'm getting awfully bored over here so send me the patch any time you want.
We live in completely different time zones though so if you send it to me while I'm at school, be aware that I won't be able to work until I get home.

When you send me the patch, could you please give me some more info on what exactly I'm supposed to do? All I know right now is that I'm fixing/inserting a level script (which I assume you will provide along with the patch).

actually in lof therea re no gym leader^^
theyre replaced by village elders, but you dont fight the binggao elders... well, i like the idea anyway xD
if you want to i can send you the latest and then you have full room for creativity cause i got no time to think of details (holidays are over)
theres just the problem that i dont know where that base of the grunts could be... west of daoyu (where crsuher wake lives) theres a cave (yugou mountain) where you will encounter artocuno later in the game. but you can enter and cross it before, so i could just add some new maps to it which are used for the event then
its pretty close to ht eborder to huoshi so huoshi grunts would match there
if you like the idea i will produce some new maps and then send the patch to you with soem instructions, but you will be more or less indpendent with this event

That sounds like an interesting idea. Although I'm a little unsure as to what exactly what would be happening. With the last event I scripted, there was a rather lengthy description (with pictures) of exactly what I had to do. If I could be briefed on the event in more detail, I suppose I could do it.
