Rom distributuion is unallowed. The game will not be in english till next year at least and if a fan translation is made you would still need the rom which again is unallowed.

Unless it gets leaked it won't be out in English til maybe a couple days after the English game is released.

Well roms are not allowed but I am sure the Japanese Rom will be out in september. Wont be able to read it though lol
