Heh. I'm extremely good and RPing.
hold it, you. I want to see an example of Rping. I know the rest of the people that have signed up. Adamant, you don't need to be a student, you're the best RPer around.

<OOC>But you need more students and I need practice with effectively managing two characters. I just need a good place to start.<OOC>

OOC: okay, whatever you say. I'll deal with multiple charecter RPing since as of currently, I have 5 charecters. Besides that, somebody needs to put up with the vampire, and you seem to be an excellent canidate.

Draconis--I looked up at my new residence, a massive tower in the tradition of Netherese mages. The door was large enough for me to step through withou having to duck in the slightest, although the halls here somewhat narrow for my tastes, seeing as how my wings kept brushing the sides. For any mage worth their salt, this place was as heaven. An entire level devoted solely to staves and wands, all of the finest quality. Three seperate libraries, each larger than Khelben Arunsun's entire cache! A seperate offshoot tower for astronomy neighbored another level, filled with massive rooms, each with a single perfectly drawn summoning circle, inlaid into the red marble floor with gold. And then, at the very top, my own quarters, filled with another set of books for personal reference, a brazier for summoning small imps and their kin for assistance, another rack filled with staves thought long lost to the world as a whole, and a variety of enchanted amulets and pendants. Tucked into te corner was a bed in my size with cabinets filled with spell ingredients. Opposite the bed was a writing desk well stocked with parchment and ink. I smiled inwardly and muttered "perfect."

Caelum--I stood warily outside this Academy, stroking the nose of the mule I'd rode in on. My parents had insisted upon my attendance here. It looked a decent enough place, as long as they had a quiet place for me to study. Glancing at my saddlebags, I sighed. I only had a few of the books I'd wanted to bring along tucked in there. I added a good library to my mental list of requirements. Walking further up, all the waay to the door, I knocked three times in rapid succession.

FT do you have any use of an old timer like me? Just wanted to know before I go signing up out of the blue. It looks like you've got enough help. Just wanted to see if you needed help managing anything or teaching anything indepth...

OOC: well.. you could help teach all of us how to make really long, detailed posts that make everyone go O_O. or, you could help by addign your two cents to the lessons, if you think the teacher forgot something.

IC: I hopped down to the door, thanks to my sencitive hearing alerting me to a new student. I opened the door. Seemed just as old as I was, but here, age didn't matter. "well well, seems we have a new student. Make yourself at home. but I'd watch out if I were you. there are some... rather dangerous people here." I said, smiling slightly, giving a slight glimpse at my vampire fangs.

Caelum--I shuddered briefly at the fangs, trying to calm myself down. I'd read about vampires, of course, and what I knew was none too pleasent. "Hi" I said breathlessly, still trying to tame my nerves. Shifting nervously from foot to foot, I added "Can you show me where to get some sleep? Or something? I dunno..." I trailed off into silence, unsure about this figure before me.

I gestured toward a nearby doorway, and said "when you go through that door, imagine what your dream room would look like. The doorway is magical, so anything you imagine for the room it leads to will come true. But i must ask that you be slightly consevitive with what you want your room to be. it takes a lot of magic to deal with too drastic requests."

OOC: The only problem with me doin' that is, I don't always do it (I'm too lazy or I don't have time). But I could teach that, and add some stuff.

Name: Master
Age: 16
Appearance: Deep blue buttondown shirt, buttoned except for the top 3 buttons (Tim McGraw style! YEAH! XD), faded blue jeans that are tight around the legs, black Resistol cowboy hat. Slightly tan, green eyes, black hair, long side burns neatly trimmed, neatly trimmed go-tee that covers from upper lip to chin.
Personality: I'm never good at this...I guess kind of cocky, with a bit of a temper, as well as an intellectual side that gets ignored because of his carefree and goofy side.
Known for: Literally writing the book (or in this case the thread) on good rp post!
Student or Teacher: Teacher/advisor (I guess if I'm going to be adding my two cents into other teachers lessens)

Caelum--I nodded and fixed a firm mental image of what I wanted my room to be. Stepping through, I found myself in a spartan, almost monastical chamber with tan daub covering the stone walls. A simple bed was tucked into the corner with a wardrobe alongside it. A wood fireplace provided heat. Over on a third wall was a bookshelf, containing a few of m favorite titles. A reading chair and small table were on the fourth wall, alongside a stack of parchment and an inkpot. All in all, a nice place to be housed.

Draconis--After surveying my new tower, I lifted myself onto the roof and with a sweep of my powerful wings, lept into the air. A short flight later, I found myself in front of the Academy's main building. I stooped low to enter a back doorand called in a deep voice "Is the Headmistress here? I need to speak with her."

OOC: well, until we get a student who actually needs the help, we can just RP.

IC: "you summoned?" I said, having moved to a slightly higher perch. More correctly, on the back of a black dragon, who had been about to take off. It growled, rather annoyed, but it made no further move.

OOC: Fine...

IC: Master (AKA me) walked into the academy doors, with two suitcases, one in each hand. Looking around to see if anyone was around, he quietly made his way to the main office.

Once there, Master, rung the bell to get the attention of the receptionist.

"Hello." Master said irritated by the ignorance of the little old lady typing away at her keyboard. "Um...excuse me..." He said even louder trying harder and harder to get the ladys' attention.

Failing to do so he let out a sigh and picked up his belongings and exited the office, trying to look for someone who would actually help him.

I cooly replied "Indeed. You requested an accomplshed Archmage for your school? I've arrived."

"excellent. you arrived sooner than I had expected." i said with a vampiric smile. though to be totally honest, I was nervous. My tendency to assult students was out of hand, and besides to teach other students magic, he was probably one of the few people who could show up and stop me in time...

"Excuse me!" A young mans voice came from behind the two teachers.

"I need some help," He said walking over to them, noticing that the two were obviously not normal humans.

"Um...please forgive me, I'll be on my way." Master said as he turned on his heels and stocked away, hoping that they paid him no heed. The last thing he wanted was for some paranormal creature to attack him.

OOC: Change name to Jamie.

"if you need some help, I'll be glad to give it." I said, proceeding to mutter somehting under my breath about blood loss. I hopped off my dragon, and gave it orders to wait back at the classroom. Instead of flying like it usually did, it chose to keep to the ground this time, to keep from knocking anybody over with it's wings.

Jamie continued to look for someone that could help him, not knowing the school he easily got lost. Soon he quickly started to look around for any teacher or student who could tell him where he needed to be to get his teaching and dormitory started.

I decided to wander the school a bit, intrigued by the place. It seemed a pleasent enough place, although I had to crouch to het through every doorway. I attracted more than a few stares from the few people I passed. I brushed them off without a thought, this kind of thing was far worse in the big cities.
