RPG and MMORPG Thread

I just got my Dad's friend's 10 day trial thingy installed and OMG it is is the best game ever i am a level 4 guy not quite sure what race he is though.

Anything Square-Enix rocks IMO, though I especially like Final Fantasy IX + X. Chrono Trigger and the Tales Of series are awesome, too.
 
My favorite RPGs are Terranigma, Chrono Trigger, Lufia 2, Rudora no Hihou.
Most SNES RPGs will always be among my favorite games of all time.
 
Dream Rpg

Exactly like the title say's,what would be your dream RPG,what elements would it contain?How would you create the story-line or tweak one of the RPG's story-line already out?Describe it here how it would be,the perfect RPG.Give details on how you would alter the game from all the others out to make it the best or possibly change one thats currently out to improve it against all the other titles.
 
Well, my favorite RPG is probably Breath of Fire II, so here's how I'd tweak that a bit:

-Give it a graphical makeover so it's up to par with some of today's RPGs.

-Expand upon the old music or write new tracks that aren't in 16 bit sound, aren't 20-30 seconds long, and not extremely repetitive.

-Ensure that Ryu stays super hot! I couldn't wait to see him in 3-d!

reasons:
-drawing magic
-cool GFs
-cool animations
-huge world map
-refining
-no more MP :)
-limit break system
-every body have diffrent kinds of limits
-GF abalities and BOOST
-characters actually look like humans

Ragnarok Online

Does anyone here play the online game Ragnarok? And if so do you play it on the official server or on a private (free) server?

I think it's a great game allthough the graphics aren't that good, the story and the abilities are quite good enough to make it a fun and addicting game :)
And with my champion I can slaughter allmost every boss monster :D
 
Story? What story? XD; It is a really fun game though. My subscription is dead, and I've gotta play again T_T

Of course, FF7 is good as well. ^^;;
