I was just sitting around, playing DS (with my FlashCard^^), when I thought: "Is it possible to put a RPG game on a flashcard?? I tried, but it can´t read the .exe data.
Is there a way to make the .exe to .nds?? A way to change RPGs to NDS datas...

    If yes, please tell me!!!

    Thanks and HF,
    Bombah!

As far as I know, the games you mentioned aren't ports, but are made from scratch for the DS. I doubt the DS's hardware could support an RMXP game, even if an RGSS interpreter for the DS was made. Although I admit, it would be awesome if it was possible.

    EPIC FAIL!

EXE is a Windows Executable File, NDS is a NDS Executable file, No Converter exists and never will.

I don't think you are really 16, no-one of my age would ask such a dumb question. It would be almost impossible to port an RPG Maker Engine to a DS because of hardware limits and other factors. Think about it: If a 3-5 year old computer with a 3.2GHz P4 CPU and 3GB of Ram has lag in a RPG Maker game, how good do you think it would run on a 67 MHz ARM9 CPU? Thousands of optimizations need to be made to the engine as it is, so I wouldn't even bother.

Making your game from scratch in C is the only way you'll get fan-games and homebrew running on a DS.

When I read your answer, I just laughed. No, really, I laughed out loud (I loled, if you will)
I AM 16, but I´m not skilled on the pc. I don´t know how to script, I don´t know how to work with C, and so on.
Not every 16 year old boy/girl knows exactly the same things. Ever thought about that? I guess no.

I thank you for your answer about the topic, but honestly, I really had to hold myself back, to write without insulting you.
I mean, c´mon THINK before you write.

    @everyone else:
IF you have to say smth about the topic, you´re welcome (I´ll not give up)

    HF,

    I have to apologize.
Flameguru, I was mad on that day (personal reasons), so I think I´ve overreacted.
I´m NOT talking about my message, but the words I used.
I meant every word, but I could have said it nicer.

Anyway, like I said, if anyone has ideas to the topic, feel free to post^^

    HF,

VGMDS can do it but you also have to make the game on the DS
and play it on the DS i am waiting for it to be made avaliable
to be uploaded on my M3card

What you could do is use DS Game Maker and make a game with RMXP sprites and tiles 'n' stuff to give that game a feel of RPG Maker XP...

I'm pretty sure that goes against RMXP's license agreement though...

I've read around, and I'm sure it'll never be possible.. However I've also read it may be possible to run on a Hacked Psp.. is this true?

why didn't I look at this before
    tutorial: rmrk.net/index.php?topic=24978.0

it is only for the game maker program and has a low chance of actually working but I have once done it, did take a while.

    should be easier though
