Hi guys, newbie here. I have just made a team for pokemon showdown and i need all your advice on improving it. ^^

    My Team

    Tyrantrum (M) @ Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Rock Head
    EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    - Hone Claws
    - Head Smash
    - Iron Tail
    - Dragon Claw

First off, my bulky physical sweeper. Everyone went nuts when Rock Head-Head Smash Tyrantrum was released, and its obvious why. Use hone claws to setup and compensate for Head Smash's and Iron Tail's innacuracy, as well as boosting its attack by 1 or 2 stages. Dragon Claw for STAB. Iron Tail for dealing with annoying fairies.

    Golbat @ Eviolite
    Ability: Infiltrator
    EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
    Calm Nature
    - Super Fang
    - Toxic
    - Roost
    - Taunt

My special tank. Super Fang for crippling pokes like Multiscale Dragonite. Toxic and Roost combo for Toxic stalling. Taunt for stopping entry hazards and status moves. Also having infiltrator can come in handy for breaking through subs.

    Magmortar @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Vital Spirit
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Modest Nature
    - Overheat
    - Focus Blast
    - Thunderbolt
    - Psychic

Fast Special Sweeper. Magmotar with STAB Overheat. I don't mind having the Sp.Attack drop, since its gonna switch out next turn anyways. Focus Blast for rock coverage. TBolt for water, and Psychic to fill in the extra slot. Its weak to ground type moves, so i had Golbat to switch in since its immune to earthquake. Basically my Ferrothorn counter, cuz that guy is everywhere in OU.

    Abomasnow-Mega @ Abomasite
    Ability: Snow Warning
    EVs: 128 HP / 252 Def / 128 SpA
    Bold Nature
    - Blizzard
    - Giga Drain
    - Leech Seed
    - Substitute

Bulky Special Tank + SubSeed Staller. Snow warning means STAB 110 base power Blizzard will never miss. Giga Drain for STAB and healing. Leech Seed and Substitute for obvious reasons. To compensate for its 4x fire weakness, i have Tyrantrum to switch in and soak up fire attacks.

    Smeargle @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Own Tempo
    EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Guard Split
    - Sticky Web
    - Magic Coat
    - Destiny Bond

Suicide lead. Smeargle has horrible Def and Sp.Def stats. Therefore, Guard Split can be used on tanks to swap Def and Sp.Def stats with Smeargle. I chose Sticky Web cuz i have a pretty slow team overall. Magic Coat to bounce back Rocks and Spikes. Destiny Bond to make Smeargle's demise worthwhile, bringing its attacker down the grave with it.

    Scrafty @ Leftovers
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    - Fake Out
    - Bulk Up
    - Drain Punch
    - Knock Off

Bulky physical sweeper. Fake Out for switching in and getting free leftovers healing. Bulk Up to boost Scrafty's Attack and already decent Def stat. Drain Punch for dealing damage and healing. Knock Off to remove an item as well as dealing 140 damage with a pokemon holding an item.

    SUMMARY
    To be honest, i made this team in like 30 minutes and haven't thought anything through, so naturally it has many flaws to it. Feel free to state out any flaws in it as well as state your suggestion to improve it. Sorry for not being so in-detail about my team, but that's all i could muster. Wanted to insert some sprites too, but apparently you can't post links unless you had 5 posts. But anyways, thanks!!!! {XD}

Tyrantrum's Speed is mediocre. Dragon Dance is the superior setup move over Hone Claws to fix said Speed. Head Smash does a ton of damage to Fairy Pokemon anyway, so Iron Tail isn't necessary. In fact, a neutral STAB Head Smash does more than a 2x supereffective unSTABed Iron Tail:

    252 Atk Tyrantrum Head Smash vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Clefable: 204-241 (51.9 - 61.3%) -- 96.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

    252 Atk Tyrantrum Iron Tail vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Clefable: 182-216 (46.3 - 54.9%) -- 9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Your current Tyrantrum set is walled by Steel Pokemon, so you need Earthquake or Fire Fang to hit them. Tl;dr:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Head Smash
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake/Fire Fang
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry/Life Orb
    Ability: Rock Head

Why not use Gliscor over Golbat? It has better passive recovery in Poison Heal + Toxic Orb and it can even act as a stall breaker in two different ways: Taunt or Swords Dance. It also has Knock Off to remove non-Mega Stone items. Mew is also a nice stallbreaker. Clefable is also a reliable way to handle Dragonite, since it rarely uses things like Iron Head or Iron Tail:

    Gliscor:
    -Swords Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Knock Off/Facade
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 244 HP/8 Def/200 SDef/56 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

    or
    -Earthquake/Knock Off
    -Taunt
    -Toxic
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 244 HP/8 Def/200 SDef/56 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

    Mew:
    -Psychic/Knock Off
    -Taunt/Defog
    -Will-o-Wisp/Defog
    -Roost/Soft-boiled
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/224 SDef/32 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

Magmortar is a mediocre Pokemon in standard play because of its mediocre Speed and Stealth Rock weakness. Choice Scarf may compensate for this, but the Stealth Rock weakness is rather prominent. Heatran makes for a better Choice Scarf user because while it's slower, it's bulkier and doesn't have a Stealth Rock weakness:
    -Fire Blast/Overheat
    -Flash Cannon
    -Earth Power/Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Stone Edge/Ancient Power
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 28 HP/252 SAtk/228 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

Yes, Mega Abomasnow is bulky, but its 7 weaknesses (most of which are rather common) and sluggish Speed bring problems. If you want a bulky, annoying Mega Evolution, there's Mega Sableye for you:
    -Calm Mind
    -Dark Pulse/Shadow Ball
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Recover
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Sablenite
    Ability: Prankster

    or
    -Knock Off
    -Foul Play/Toxic
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Recover
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/112 Def/144 SDef
    Item: Sablenite
    Ability: Prankster

Guard Swap doesn't average both battling Pokemon's defenses; it's Guard Split you're talking about. Guard Swap switches the defensive boosts of the user and the target. Both aren't useful. While Smeargle can act as a decent hazard lead, I think bulky Garchomp should be in Smeargle's place, since it has enough survivability to set up Stealth Rock again when needed.:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Dragon Tail
    -Earthquake/Toxic
    -Fire Blast/Toxic
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 240 HP/176 Def/92 Spe
    Item: Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Rough Skin

The 4x weakness to Fairy is what made Scrafty a less appealing option in Gen VI. If you want a bulky Fighting Pokemon, there's Conkeldurr, since it hits harder:
    -Drain Punch
    -Mach Punch
    -Knock Off/Ice Punch
    -Stone Edge/Ice Punch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/236 SDef/20 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Guts

    or
    -Drain Punch/Superpower
    -Mach Punch
    -Ice Punch
    -Thunder Punch/Poison Jab
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 48 HP/252 Atk/208 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Sheer Force

Or you can use Feraligatr as another setup physical sweeper, as it and Tyrantrum can wear down each other's checks/counters:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Crunch/Ice Punch
    -Superpower/Ice Punch
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Sheer Force
