Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald Monotype Challenge
The Rules
- ThisIS a race.
- Run is finished when in Ruby and Sapphire, the Elite 4 is Defeated and the Battle Tower is completed twice
- Run is finished when in Emerald, Stephen is Defeated.
- Must have at least one pokemon of your chosen type by second gym.
- Only three HM slaves are allowed.
- Starter is unusable unless it falls in with your chosen type
- Secondary evolutionary types are allowed, ex. You choose Fighting. You can evolve Torchic into Combusken and Combusken is allowed.
- Secondary Types are allowed. ex. Again lets take Combusken and Fighting, Combusken is allowed.
- After first type is aquired all other pokemon(except HM Slaves) must be stored in PC.
- Banners of some kind must be used, to acknowledge that you are taking the challenge.
- Now I know that some types aren't obtainable before the second gym, those who use those types eg. Ice, Dragon. will have special permission to use open party until first obtainable pokemon, or pre-evolution of pokemon.
- ABSOLUTELY NO STARTING UNTIL ALL TYPES ARE FILLED
- No using fast speed on Emulators, use basic speed.
- Updates will be required from each participate after each Gym Badge is obtained, the update should look somthing like this....

And a few questions before I get started...
-When CAN we start?
-Is it OK to trade from other games (Ex: I want to get a Meditite or Heracross egg from my Sapphire and trade it over to Ruby, is that fine?)
-About the banners, how do we get them on our sig?

Also, and idea about the "prize". Would it be possible to make a 1st-... last banner for everyone, so we can show how we did in this challenge (and not just have the winner have something)?

Accepted, and good Idea, I might just do that.
1) When all the types are filled, so tell your friends.
2) Only after the first Gym, I knew I left out something
3) Copy it to your computer, upload it to a image sharing site, I use Photobucket, its free and easy. Then copy the Image HTML to your sig and there ya go.

Yeah, all I need is instruction. The only thing that may be a problem is if you have to right-click (since I'm using a Mac Laptop...), but I can probably find a Computer Mouse somewhere.

Can you have a full team of 1 specific type? Or just 1 pokemon? Either way I want bug pokemon.

It's a challenge where you can only you one type. Which means you can use any Pokemon from that type.
