Well... I am in the middle of moving pokemon from Sapphire to LeafGreen so, I'm kinda half and half:

EDIT: As for cinnibar, try this:
-Enter the building

-Walk stright up, the go upstairs

-go down, flip the swich

-go all the way right, then up, the left, go up the stairs

-flip the swich

-go down, jump off the ledge (I think it's the wider ledge you should jump)

-go left, down (battle scientist), right, up

-go down the stairs

-go left, up, left, down

-flip the switch

-go out of the little room, up, right, down, right, and all the way up.

-flip the switch

-follow the path all the way down to get the secret key

-use Dig or Escape rope (you can get out without them)

try that.

Well I am missing Houndoom,Mareep and it's evolutions,Smergle,Teddyursa and i'ts evolution,Pinceo and Fortress,Stanler,and Aipom,Chinchou and i'ts evolution,Blubasaur,Ivysaur,and Venasaur.

You can catch Chinchou in Ru/Sa on the ocean floor.

I take it you don't have coloseum. Where did you get the Johto starters?

I got some of them form my one of my friends too... Traded Rayquaza for Feraligator, and Kyogre for Quilava.

Okay, I have several thoughts here:

I like leafgreen better because ITS THE FIRST AMERICAN GREEN POKEMON GAME *Points to name*, they should have made Green verson>Blue verson.

But technicaly, Firered is better, if you have ruby or sapphire. If you combine all the pokemon from Ru/Sa/Fr and compare it ot Ru/Sa/Lg, Fr will have more pokemon in it's dex.

I think Fire Red is better,I donno about leaf Geen beacuse I never had it,IMO.
