Q:WHAT are Evs?
A:EVs are points that are added on to Pokemon to make a staus more better/stronger.They are "Effort Points".
Q:HOW Do i get Evs on my Pokemon?
A:Well all Pokemon give you Effore Points.Say,if you wanted to max out the Evs in Attack for your Nidoking,you would battle Seaking,which gives you 2 Effort Points.
Q:HOW Many Evs can my Pokemon get?
A:255 is the maxium.That means you would have to battle 255 Paras which gives 1 Ev Point to Attack.

Ways to Make it Even Quicker:
Have Macho Brace as an Item for our Pokemon,that Doubles the Evs your Pokemon Gains,and Pokerus does the same thing,so if you battled a Seaking,that would be...
2x2=4x4=8 EVS!
That would be a lot,right?cool.
and a note-
You have to Get Exp.Points to get your Evs so that means no Battle Tower/Link Battles/Trainer Tower.
Rare Candy for Evs?Does this work?
No.When you level up your Pokemon by Rare Candyies,they gain no Evs.So when you have the Evs maxed out in a staus,then use the rare Candyies.
