Hey, guys, do you have the experience of running your daily used apps off a USB drive?
Which is I am now trying to do. But I find that only portable apps can be run like that.
while some apps like MS office are not portably available. How can I do that?

You have to pretty much settle for the portable apps suite, since they mod programs specifically for this purpose. Their alternative to Office is OpenOffice which is just as good.

Portable Ms Office? Google Docs :)
Or get yourself a pendrive based Linux if you can handle it... It's far more personalised.

There used to be a software: MojoPac? for WinXP... It makes your windows profile portable.

Apart from that, just check out portable apps like how Yellow said :P

Just stumbled upon Prayaya. I installed prayaya on my USB drive and then installed MS Office 2003 suite on prayaya. It seems working very well off my USB drive.

Problem was already fixed, I'm closing this
