[OOC: . . . ]
"It looks like you're still alive."
Rine perched casually in a tree that stood across the river from the others. Though his demeanor seemed calm, an odd expression was in his scarlet, cat-like eye. Forming a shard of ice in one hand, Rine allowed the crimson light of his visible eye to reflect in the prism's many-faceted surface before turning toward the other morphs.
Lightly tossing and catching the shard, Rine continued in a direct, unapologetic tone, "I'm sure all of you have done your fair share of dirty work for Bob--who hasn't? Those of you who were on the assassination squads . . . I have a question for you." His voice noncholant and detached, the Sneasel morph explained, "Some time ago--about four years, I believe--a family in an eastern town known as Kayu was exterminated. Would any of you have any information regarding that incident?"
During this time, Rine's expression reveal no emotion aside from apathy. And, his interest regarding the incident he spoke of seemed minimal. However, a cold fire burned in his eye as he stared toward those standing on the bank opposite him.
