Though, I have to say, showing mercy would have been against Cynthia's current character, so you were right with what you've done.

More so for you than me... I have a harder time writing boring chapters where nothing really happens. But of course torturing poor Sabrina is never easy, either.

I don't know if I could possibly write a part occurring way in the future... I like everyone at the ages they are now. But that would be all the more reason for Giselle to have won the last 15 tournaments in a row...

Speaking of the title, it comes from this song (entirely in English, despite having a German title). It's from The End of Evangelion, the spectacular ending movie to the Neon Genesis Evangelion series.

XD Well, if you won't, maybe I will. Or maybe not. I have my own idea of Will&Sabrina's future, and I don't want to influence your story so much. I already do that. ><

Not this chapter, just some of those obvious bridge chapters where I'm trying to get from one point to another. Sometimes those are necessary to move the plot along. Not much of that so far in my story, though.

Actually I'd be so honored if you wrote the future for my characters, but I don't want to force you into writing in my fanon, because you have your own. Still, I don't plan on writing anything the far future, right now it's surprising enough that I went to a fifth story.

You read my blog?! Oh, I feel so honored! I mean, no one reads my blog... I'm so surprised. And actually, as sad as that song's lyrics are, the music is very upbeat, there's lots of clapping too.
 
Hm, I understand. From the reader's point of view, my chapter two also had a lot of action, but for me, it was just a filler chapter. The same here, your chapter was anything but 'just a filler'...

Hm, really? Then I do have to think about that...I may have to change the plot of my own psychicshipping fic a bit for that, but I would actually be happy to write a possible future for you. ^^ I'll just have to wait until the end of the fifth part. XD!
A collaboration of the only two psychicshippers around...heheh, that can only go well, can it?

I know, it's weird...the melody in itself is nice, and actually happy and everything...but the lyrics make all so depressed. Great song. And great chapter title. ^^
 
It depends on whether the fifth part is the last one... I may want to make my series six stories long, like Star Wars... it just seems right that way. And of course it can't go wrong if it's two Psychicshippers putting their works together...

That's my favorite song in all of anime... it's even more bizarre in the context it's played in, with the world coming to an end... but for Evangelion, it's perfect.
 
lol I actually thought you would say this 'like Star Wars'. (I'm so much of a psychic). Of course, six parts just feels right, because...hm, I don't know. I have six characters in my old German main fic, and that also was a really good number. But then, I have to wait with writing even longer...and your sixth part shouldn't play too far in the future. XD

Of course, it can only go well. ^.~ Maybe we should write it together, instead of one of us just writing it.
(Though the first time I tried co-writing, that went downhill. x.o)

I don't know the plot of Evangelion, but I heard something about its end...and yeah, that does sound weird in that context, though...weird in a good way.
 
No, it couldn't play too far in the future, everything would end up being wrapped up within the next year or so. Of course I have to choose whether I want to make the last one 20 chapters or 46 chapters... there is no other choice!

I think co-writing may be too difficult... especially considering our contrasting styles. It would show obviously in the parts where I would write...
 
^^ Okay then. I think I can work with the next year (of course, my fic would then play fifteen or so years later ^.~).
46 chapter! 46 chapter! XD!!! ...I won't probably manage so many, though. If I get 20 chapters, that's much. >>;;;

And that's a bad thing? ^.~ I think contrasting styles are a challenge and one that *can* be handled. If the story flows well, then it's just an even more intersting point if the style changes inbetween...
Though, if you don't want to co-write it, it's alright with me. ^^

Well, I may want my final story of the series to be epic, so I may go the whole way to 46... just because that's the "lucky number" I went to in the 1st and 3rd stories.

It may not be that bad of a thing, though I wouldn't want to interfere with your writing... plus I like to be surprised. Though it's certainly possible, I'll have to think about it.
 
Considering they might be a epic battle of Sabrina- Cynthia and Will-Lucian, I would go with the whole 46 chapter. I once managed to stretch a while Pokemon battle (just Pokemon, no humans) into ten pages on word, and that with my writing style AND Times New Roman 10! XD And I'm not even talking about an epic battle between probably the four most powerful psychics!
Whoa, even thinking about that makes me shudder. *.*

We both have to think about it. ^^ After all, I don't want to make your characters ooc, too. ^^;;;
 
I'd love to have it all come down to those four... of course, we're talking a long time from now. And certainly Sabrina would have to get a little stronger to have a chance, wouldn't she?

And of course, I have to choose whether Cynthia remains as a queen or not... someone like me who loves warm and fuzzy endings couldn't possibly have a murderer sitting on a throne when the story wraps up, could I? We'll see...
 
Ah, I don't think it's that long from now. 0=) After all, what Cynthia now did also screams for revenge.
And if Sabrina has to train, well then, so be it. ^^ We now that she's a bit power-obsessed, too (I still remember her reaction to her loss in the league years ago), and if there's only once chance that she may beat Cynthia...she'll try to find it. That's our Sabrina. ^^

Hm, I doubt she'll stay as queen. There are not many monarchies anymore. Maybe Sinnoh will accept her as a queen, but only maybe.
Though, after everything you've put me through, I wouldn't bet on it anymore. XD
 
Sabrina will find a way to get more powerful, no matter how difficult it is. It may be painful, but she'll figure out a way.

Will Cynthia remain a queen? I think that's the key question that will have to be answered in this story, and possibly in the one to come... there's always the chance she could repent, you know.
 
*nods* That's the Sabrina we do know. She WILL find a way to fight Cynthia. ^^ Even more now that she has a child to take care of. She wants to see Roxy grow up, doesn't she? And she has to survive to do so...(that's why I have the slight hope that she will survive the next chapter...)

She will remain a queen as long as there's someone who bows to her and she's not in a (safe!!) prison.
And repent...I'm not sure. Even if she does...I wonder if Sabrina can ever forgive her...
 
Will Sabrina survive the next chapter, of course? That's an even bigger question, to be found out tomorrow. After all, that was quite an attack she took.

I think Cynthia will always remain a queen in her own mind, no matter how long the story goes, and we know Lucian thinks of her as one. Of course, she can simply force her will upon others, as we've seen, with her immense power.

I didn't get that from reading. Physical attacks can kill, of course, but imo, psychical attacks can just as well.
Not to mention that the next chapter's title makes me cry. ;.;

In her own mind, of course. In Lucian's mind, too. But then, you have to remember that there's a third person now. 0=) What will Roy once think of his mother? Will he be like his father, adoring her mindlessly? Will he be more 'human' than her? Or not caring at all?

I wonder if it still counts as being 'queen' when all of your followers are mind-tricked...
 
Not to mention the fact that she originally was trapped in the dark energy ball... clearly it was quite an attack she took. Tomorrow, you shall see in Chapter 3. (The chapters may come at a slower pace from now on, though.)

Most of the Sinnoh gym leaders right now wanted her as their queen, and they may continue to want that. Her own son, I would hope, would respect her as a queen.

Hm, these balls do take away some of her energy too, I assume then? Clearly a good idea...*takes notes* Need to take that for my fic, too. I need some dark attacks. 0=)
I'll be a bit sad about chapters coming slower, but I'll survive. I will try, at least. XD If the chapter itself hasn't killed me...

Right now, yeah. But only as long as she doesn't torture the people of Sinnoh as well.

Respect doesn't mean that he supports the way she reigns. 0=)
 
Her absorbing the dark attacks plays into what happens coming up here... you'll see soon enough. And hopefully I'll be able to write chapters at a good speed, but there's those days when I sleep way too much, or of course if I ever get a job.

It should be fun developing Cynthia's character over this story and the next (meaning, you can count on her being alive that long). And now, with this idea of you writing the future for them, I have more incentive to write than ever.
