    does anyone here like SM???
    Or the manga or other versions like codename Sailor V and Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon?

    I have my own teams of Otaku Senshi. I'm even on a forum for "fan-senshi"
    It's nice to know that there are otehrs who love the original 'Magical Girl Team' anime.

    I thought PGSM had a rather corny "Super Sentai" (Power Rangers) Feel to it, and that it could have been done MUCH better. I loved Princess Sailor Moon though.

    PGSM was surprisingly good for what it was. I was kind of leary going into it, but it was alot better than I thought it'd be.

    I also just recently watched the Sailor Stars story arc (the one that was never dubbed). Nothing special, but it was nice to see the end of the Anime finally. I also watched that Eien Densetsu musical that goes into the Manga version of the Sailor Stars storyline. Not too bad.

    I really liked Sailor Moon way back then. I still like it, but in a different way, because it's more valuable to me as a nostalgic anime. Back when it aired here in Finland, it was dubbed in Swedish. It never bothered me very much, tough. Sailor Jupiter was always my favourite, just as electric type Pokémon. I also liked Sailor Mercury and Luna a lot. I hated Sailor Venus, but most of all I hated Chibi-Usa.

    But yeah, it is a fairly good show for what it is. I mean, the plot wouldn't exactly win a nobel price, that's for sure, but the series is still done in a way that made it very entertaining. The only setbacks for me were the facts that it was Tuxedo Kamen who always saved the day, and that Sailor Moon was the most important senshi even though she was a super-annoying crybaby who never did anything right.

    I really don't think you should say it like that, because to most people SM means something quite different than Sailor Moon. Someone might get the wrong idea or something...
     
    -ears perk- =o I loved Sailor Moon, still do.

    I've seen every episode of every season, including Stars [The reasons for the lack of an American dub are rather blatently obvious] and I'm currently halfway through PGSM [The Live Action of the original season with many plot bunnies taken away and new baby plot bunnies added in] and I've also watched all of the Sera Myu [Sailor Moon on Broadway] on youtube. XD; So in short...

    You could say I'm a fan. :x I prefer the subbed however, as Serena/Usagi's voice annoys the living hell out of me in the dub as does Rini/Chibi-Usa's.

    But honestly

    ChibiChibi = Best freaking anime toddler to ever exist. :<
     
    I've read volume one, but it's too long for me to bother with. I like Usagi Tsukino in her normal guise and think it would've worked better as a school life comedy with its trace elements of romance.
     
    I used to like it until I got the feeling she was meant to do porn with Goku.
     
    I dislike Sailor Moon. It is far too shoujo for my tastes. The plot is sugary sweet and fluffy. Personally, I have never been into shows like that (which would explain why I do not like Pokemon Contests. Hmm...). I also loathe Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask. Sailor Moon is a dumb crybaby who cannot do anything for herself. Overall, I feel she is a weak character and a terrible role model for young women. As for Tuxedo Mask, he is a save the day super hero/knight in shining armor who makes the scouts look like helpless whiners whenever he saves them, which occurs in practically every episode. Talk about being a Gary Stu.

    Well when the 3rd series(dubbed) came I was very annoyed by her voice so I quited the anime and started to read the english manga,rini was very annoying and I have sailor jupiters transformation tune as my ring tone on my mobile!
     
    Oooo yay! I love Sailor Moon! I think that they did such a good job with this anime. It always kept me entertained and although its a little harder to watch now that I am older I still love it! My favourite Sailor Scout was also Sailor Venus and I think that it was because my mom taught us that we would always find someone out there who loves us for us and that will make us happy and I think that I found Sailor Venus to be a figurative character of this saying my mom would tell me.
     
    Haha, Sailor Moon... don't ask me how, but I managed to get through all 200 episodes on my old dialup connection. :| Only took me about a year, and plenty of burnt CDs.

    I cried at the ending of Sailor Stars. :( Probably the first time a story made me cry—but certainly not the last.

    The most disappointing part is how severely they butchered the English version. Someone convinced me to watch the series with subtitles, and it's so much better.
     
    ^ Lucky! I only got up to Episode 173 of Stars. D: I want to watch the rest of it. But anyway, I love Sailor Moon it is one of my favorite anime of all time! I got two of the movies, Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon R, Sailor Moon S, and Sailor Moon SuperS(all in box sets). And I got Sailor Moon Sailor Stars the manga(all three volumes). I wish I got the manga of Sailor Moon and SuperS. D:

    But I used to watch it on Toonami back in 2000. It was great! And it is still great to me. My favorite characters are Usagi, Mokoto, and Ami.

    Yeah I watch it dub first, but then a friend convinced me to watch it sub...I never look back. But I will watch the dub from time to time. But I got to say the sub wins hands down.
     
    I liked Sailor Moon alot. I first watched the english version back on Cartoon Network back in 2002, but it dissapeared afterwards. I now watch the Japanese version online. I still like it.
