I grew up playing Pokemon, I always refer to it as the "mario bros." of my generation since I've been playing since the early/mid 1990's!

Glad to see there is a community of other fans on here who still actively play the games. I hope to get to know a lot of you, however I will apologize now because my work schedule is crazy so I can be a bit spotty with 'attendance' so to speak.

I do play games on the PC as well, but Pokemon is my go-to game!

This forum has so much information on it that I didn't even know about the game! (You'd think since I've been playing so long I might be somewhat of a know it all lol!)

Greetings to you. Be sure to enjoy your time here. I noticed that you mentioned in the Disney Fan Club that you are a fan of the Muppets. I am a fan of them as well. My favorite Muppet is Animal. He is extremely awesome! Anyways, I will see you around.

Oho, I'd say Pokemon was bigger than Mario, even if he is Nintendo's mascot...although I'm a child of the 90s (late 80s technically, but why quibble small details? xD) as well, so I can also remember when you couldn't step outside without someone trying to catch you in an imaginary Pokeball too...or maybe it was just me that happened to. xD

In any case, welcome to PC! It's a pleasure to have you here, and I hope you enjoy your stay! Should you ever want someone to talk to, feel free to drop me a line~

Welcome to PC, Muppet! I'm sure all is going well for you this fine day.

Ah the 90's were great, and it was fortunate I was born early into that era so I managed to see the true moment where Pokemon was all the rage, and my love of the franchise prolonged even after the fad was over. But hey, it's a cool franchise so you can expect to still love it in your 20's like me. And yes PC has a lot of things you would never know about Pokemon, and that adds to the discovery factor that's in a lot of topics you'll see here! I learned a lot of new things about Pokemon myself, so you're definitely not on your own.

I hope you have fun sticking around with us, and I'm looking forward to getting to know you as well so feel free to drop a message and hopefully get a conversation going. Good luck and have lots of fun!

PC actually does have quite a lot of older Pokemon fans as well. 8] I've seen plenty of people in their late 20s and 30s. I've been into it since the late 1990s personally and started with R/B. Still going strong 15 years later and crazy excited for OR/AS. Time needs to move faster.

Anyways, welcome, PixelMuppet! It's great having you aboard. You're right that there is quite a lot of information here so it's no surprise you'd get swamped at first bahaha but you'll settle in easily in due time. Don't be afraid to get in on the myriads of discussions across the community! We're always happy having more friendly faces. <3

Cheers and be sure to ask if there's ever anything you need help with here.
