Samsung introduces the S8 and S8+

    I think the s8 will do good, as long as there isn't any fatal issues such as the one in the Note 7.

    Now when they decide to release the Note 8, that might be a different story. People might be scared to buy it or simply just not trust Samsung anymore.
     
    It's a different line of phones than the Note series, so I would think that the plague left by the Note 7 wouldn't exist with this phone. Just like how Apple has a following of fans, I'm sure Samsung does as well.
     
    Unfortunately it's going to be hard to find a case for this phone because of the curved display. (without having the case block the usable corners) The back being made of glass doesn't help how seemingly fragile the phone looks if you dropped it.

    I would like thin bezels on the sides but there's non in the S8, so it's hard to hold the phone without having the clean the screen from fingerprints ;x

    I like that the physical buttons are gone now, so you can change the order of the buttons (back, home, recent apps)
