    Thats basically it, My other thread died, and Cradily was the only one that can switch into Specsmence, I need a moveset for it.

    Trickzam is annoying. Good choice.

    Can't help you on Cradily. All I know is that it will sometimes carry:

    Rock Slide / Stockpile / Recover / Toxic

    At that's what the Cradily who just walled me in a Sandstorm team was carrying. -.-

    Focus Punch has it's uses in combat. Worth a try on Reigrock.

    Cradily has Stockpile for.... nothing?

    Barrier/Toxic/SwordsDance/RockSlide/Recover/Substitute

    etc. etc. does well handling Skarmory with 3 SD Rock Slide, it has Suction Cups
     
    My friend had a good moveset for Regirock.

    Regirock@Leftovers
    252 HP / 252 ATT / 6 DEF
    Adamant Nature
    - Ice Punch
    - Stone Edge
    - Earthquake
    - Curse

    Get a couple of Curses in and with Sandstorm to help his sp.def.....yeah

    Ice Punch for Garchomp and other stuff that walls Earthslide.

    Other moves dont need explaining, have great coverage.

    Regirock is almost never a good tank considering he's weak to Earthquake. Only if he had Solid Rock, that would be much better

    Well its not actually bad, with sandstorm in play and a couple of curses under its belt its really hard to kill


    btw that Feebas i was going to give you Name, has decent ivs....just non existent Sp.Def

    Yeah i think it would be best to breed one with better Sp.Def XD

    And No problem, i need to get rid of the damn things.....i have too many. I picked the best one out of the ones i dont want.



    Also penguin Boah works well on sandstorm teams often as they're very often physical based and get walled rather easily by, well physical walls, i know you have Fire Blast on Garchomp, however Boah is definitely something to consider for taking out walls and such if Chomp dies.
