I started off with Chomp and No guard Machamp and ended up with this. I wanted transfer or transform Power stats. Having Scizor use SD then Baton with Chomp or use Contrary Malamar using Topsy to change Mega-T-tar stat when it uses superpower or when Intimidate is used on it. Ferrothorn is to stall and control speed. Claydol is intended to be a sandstorm user in addition to Mega-T-tar with Sp. Def boost of Light Screen. Im not sure if this makes sense, but this is an early construct that could use more Sp attackers.

    Garchomp @ Yache Berry
    Ability: Sand Veil
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature
    - Dragon Claw
    - Rock Slide
    - Earthquake
    - Protect

    Scizor @ Occa Berry
    Ability: Technician
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
    Adamant Nature
    - Bullet Punch
    - Bug Bite
    - Baton Pass
    - Swords Dance

    Tyranitar @ Tyranitarite
    Ability: Sand Stream
    EVs: 232 Atk / 252 HP / 24 Spd
    Adamant Nature
    - Crunch
    - Rock Slide
    - Protect
    - Superpower

    Malamar @ Tanga Berry
    Ability: Contrary
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
    Adamant Nature
    - Psycho Cut
    - Night Slash
    - Topsy-turvy
    - Superpower

    Ferrothorn @ Leftovers

Superpower is illegal on Tyranitar till Poke Bank. Stick to Earthquake or an elemental fang (preferably Ice Fang or Fire Fang).

Claydol isn't available in X/Y. You'll need a harder hitter on the team, like Excadrill. Also, entry hazards are far and few in VGC format, due to the fast pace:
    -Earthquake/Drill Run
    -Rock Slide
    -X-Scissor
    -Substitute/Protect
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 60 HP/252 Atk/196 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Chople Berry/Air Balloon
    Ability: Sand Rush

The fast pace of doubles leaves Scizor no time for Baton Passing boosts:
    -X-Scissor
    -Bullet Punch
    -Brick Break
    -Protect
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef
    Item: Occa Berry
    Ability: Technician

You have Ferrothorn as your only Water check, so having a backup one, like Amoonguss, may be a better idea for this team, though I don't know who to replace:
    -Giga Drain
    -Spore
    -Rage Powder
    -Protect/Sludge Bomb
    Nature: Calm/Sassy
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Sitrus Berry/Mental Herb
    Ability: Regenerator

I shouldve mentioned I was building for pokebank.

Nothing on this team wants to come in on a Scald, and Keldeo is a big weakness. Malamar is not a very good Pokemon to be honest, same goes for Claydol. I think both are replaceable for better Pokemon. I'd first begin by trying an LO Swords Dance Garchomp [SD/Earthquake/Dragon Claw/Fire Fang] over your current set, it can help the other members of the team sweep by weakening common counters that it shares with TTar and Scizor such as Gliscor, Quagsire, and Skarmory. Aside from that, I reccomend trying a Dragon Dancing Tyranitar, as your current version is really just going to be dead weight as it lacks speed to do anything big in the match. Maxing Speed and Atk [you still retain a lot of bulk] can make TTar a decent threat and a powerful setup sweeper alongside garchomp. To absolve your Keldeo weakness I'd try a Latias similar to this over Claydol. Solid poke in the meta and Defog>>>>>>>Rapid Spin.

    Latias (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 248 HP / 220 Def / 40 Spd
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Roost
    - Defog
    - Psychic
    - Healing Wish

Still, Stealth Rock is huge to have and try and keep up when you can. I'd put it on Ferrothorn over Thunder Wave, as he'll get a good amount of opportunities to set up. Finally I'd use a Scarf Keldeo of your own over Malamar to stop Lucario [keep it healthy though], speed boosting sweepers such as Dragonite and Mence, and Scizor, and giving a 3rd useful water resist. Hope this helped.
