8D Omg, that's wonderful! The text... is, really really well placed. That's the blending you need x3 Dang, I guess it could even go a bit darker, but it looks good as is. I like how her hair stands out really, but you could always try bits of green in the background also, just to compliment. Oh, it's just Gorgeous~! *-*

You should try playing around with light sources next. You can make some pretty cool stuff from there.

they look good sasuke my little tutorial works kinda well for your banners. but you know thats not the only way. people are gonna get tired of the same style. your gonna have to get several diffrent styles so people wont get bored of the same one. just a little tip bro.

In my opinion, most of your banners are pretty decent with the brushing. However, your color schemes bother me. The way you brush, you make it so the clarification of the image isn't as good as it could be. Everything blends too much, and you really should try to make your image stand out from the banner just a little bit more. You shouldn't really have to squint your eyes to see what the image is and what the background it.
 
I know what it's called. I'm just saying that some of the images are very difficult to clarify. Some of your banners are fine with it. But others, frankly, aren't too awesome. Atleast try to see my perspective, instead of retorting back.
 
I think Michii means that you're blending too much.

Toning it down would mean a drastic improvement.'

Also, some of your banners have really harsh effects, like the Swellow banner and the Sasuke banner beside it. You want to blend, but you don't want to kill the image in the process. It's a little tricky. Getting some help on your text is probably a good idea as well, because the outerglow/stroke thing is kind of ouch on some of these banners. xD

Be sure not to let the render get squashed either, as it did in your Byakuya banner. When the render gets squished, then it gives off an 'MS Paint' kind of feel, and that's the last thing any graphic artist should want.
 
Wow thanx for all that feedback,but...on most of them i never actually blended the render so i dont really understand how u mean that...
 
In other words, just try keeping the colors a little bit different from the image. That's the only other thing that you can be doing wrong with this. The background and the image just look too similar.
 
ohh that's what you meant..i thought u meant feathering and deleting the image! Oh yea i do that...i have redone my whole style and will be adding new ones soon.
 
Great work. The banners range in background effects- some well done and subtle, others bold and obvious. It seems you've done a bit of experimenting and improving, and you're doing very well. I have a particular fondness of the textures you use.

At the moment, there's only two recommendations I could make: Work on your text (fonts and stuffs), and keep going, because you're doing well.
 
Thanx ur right i've experimented lots over the months i've had photoshop,you posted just after i updated my banners! Anyways i know i need to work on my text (it just gets worse and worse -_-) so thx and i reely like ur sigg.
