    thanks

    (back on topic)

ooo and i dont think you can move a saved file from computer to nds lite

I don't think there is a way to transfer it...

You could always hack them on and then release them from the ROM. XP Not many people would say they were legit or accept them, though.

^^Yep. Buy an R4 or some other equivalent, put your ROM and save file on said R4, trade Pokémon from ROM to cartridge. End.

    open.
He's asking if theres a way to transfer his .sav file from the computer
into an actual Pokemon cartridge, otherwise a flashcart would
be an obvious solution, but he already bought Platinum

On topic, I'm 99% sure there's no way to get a .sav file
into an actual legit game cartridge. Sorry :(

I am actually 100% certain that there is a way to do so, but it still requires a R4 or similar device.

Mind elaborating? or else it's already sealed.
I wish many of other people would have wished this was possible
(or knew how to do it, if you believe it is), ie: me.
All my well-trained Teams on Pearl were herded off to Pokemon Ranch
and some still remained, yet I gave it away so theres no way of retrieving
them back from the ranch... + even if I did, the person I gave it to
    started a new game.

Anyway, you've already done the "Show" part. Can you tell?

Oh.. flashcart? Hmmm.... will it work if i give .sav file to my friend who have a flashcart? Will WiFi work? He would trade it to me.

There are programs that can create backups of a save file, and some of them can also restore those backups to the actual cartridge. I doubt that I could be more specific here without causing trouble, though, but Google should help in finding them.

If you mean trading the Pokemon to your cartridge over Wi-Fi, then yes. If you mean transferring the save file itself to your cartridge, then no.

Search for NDS Backup Tool Wifi v0.31f. Tell your friend to put it onto his flashcart. Then follow the instructions here. Although the instructions there are for backing up the game and save file, it works the other way around too.
