"Saving the World From Ruins!" Episode Discussion

MAAARRRSS. <3 <3 <3
I fricken love the chick. Almost as much as I've loved Haruka..! :D

But yeah. Every Team Galactic episode is pretty much amazing. Mars is too adorable. She's an evil little ****, but she's a cute little brat.

JUPITER DOES NEED MORE SCREENTIME. :x

But this episode had all for my delights. Ginga Dan. Mars. Jun. Riley.
and I love how they kept most of the original music! that's always a good thing. :]

I don't normally criticize the plot, but Mars is a complete idiot.

Mars says if the group doesn't let her leave then she'll blow up the island while she's still on it.

Even if she was willing to kill herself, the helicopter has the Spear Key, which is certainly something Team Galactic doesn't want destroyed.

I suppose not everyone watches every single episode :P But they have said it in about 3 or 4 episodes now.

More like every episode where an evil organization has a female Commander/Elite Officer as well as grunts. Also, you don't need to see every episode since it isn't mentioned in every episode for obvious reasons.

Oooh look at me i'm ash i wont hurt pokemon *shudders*
the grunts hair is really stupid
they called mars sir
i bet ash wanted to use a stronger word than jerks but the producers said no
james cries bubbles
cyrus is teated like a god

I know. I looked it up, and that's about 7 episodes in the dub. There are over 100 episodes in DP. If you don't watch all the episodes, you could miss it, or just forget or not notice for whatever reason. Like you said, it's just a word, so not everyone's going to notice right away. Guaranteed the next episode with J people will be saying the same thing again XD
Oh, and thanks for answering my question up there ^^

It was intended to be an empty threat. Either Ash and co. let her leave to fight another day or die right there.

Riley and Lucario are like, cool! They saved the whole Iron Island from Ruins! His voice is cool too!

Ash is somehow a idiot in his episode. "I can't Lucario. It's hurt." Bla, bla, bla, bla. I don't care about the Pokemon's Feelings. When the Pokemon is my enemy, I'll attack it at all causes.

Lucario = Chuck norris after the way it took down Aggron last episode. My ELoT:

- Riley used Protect!
- It can't be THAT powerful. Nothing is more powerful than Chuck Norris.
- I thought you were at the bottom of this, Barry?
- C'mon Ash, we had the talk about this last episode.
- Why didn't you LET GO first?
- Newsflash: Piplup, as a penguin, CAN'T fly.
- Where exactly was Dawn keeping that Rope? o.O
- Really, Barry, when she's on top of you like that, you should be the one paying her XD
- So, basically, Aura is just another way of saying telekinesis?
- Pikachu on a bird? Please, not another "Thunder Armour"
- Chuck Norris is alive! rejoice, for the saviour lives!
- Bombs? Frickin' hell, Team G really is serious. Reminds me of this VG cats strip.
- Wait, hard ground = giant hands?
- How long does one explosion last?
- Chuck Norris pulled it off, like normal ;)

Just saw this ep recently (well, probably the 2nd-half of the ep), and as of now, I have 3 comments (sorry for abruptly reviving this old thread!):
1. Mars, Riley, and Lucario (along with the majority of this ep) are the bomb. :pirate:
2. The aura-contained explosion(s) was/were PUR-TY. :D
3. Ash needs to get his ethics, etc. straight. He's willing to risk his life and run straight into the middle of 2 psychic cats' attacks, yet he wasted time in thinking of whether to attack a 'possessed' Lucario (which would be considered your enemy)?
And didn't I recall Ash stomping on a Salamence's head or something in EP538? I agree with the quote up there. If something's your enemy, possessed or not, you attack it ASAP to be rid of whatever the problem is in the first place, otherwise, you're just prolonging the situation and asking for further damage, consequences, and/or problems... :cer_no:
