I noticed that on these scans a kana from each Pokémon's name was missing - am I oblivious to what it actually means, or is there some sort of meaning to it? The kana that were missing, in the order of the numbers given by each Pokémon, were キ, シ, デ, バ, フ, ナ, ガ, and ュ. (Note: the final kana is not ユ. It is a character that adds a 'yu' sound to a consonant sound, such as in the name of Mew - ミュウ, romanised as 'Myuu'.)

The move Carnivine learns is Vine Whip, not Power Whip. The move's name is there on the scan itself.

Well I think it has been comfirmed it was Vine Whip and I hope it is Vine Whip. I am all for Team Rocket's pokemon learning some coolies moves but really it just that any coolies moves that they will be showcasing will just go to waste. I mean it may just get some coolies use in this one episode then just be pushed aside the next episode kinda like Anicent Power did with Yanmega.

Yeah but wouldn't that mean giving Yanmega new moves be pointless then. Also they have to showcase them some how. Not that the writer's can't, it just seems like they are wasting an opportunity.
