Phase 1: (May 5th - May 12th): Discussion of theming, fleshing out how the theme would work and how events would work with the theme. Perhaps administration can work out who's going to lead GT. I think it's fine to figure this out between this Phase and Phase 2.
Phase 2: (May 12th - May 26th): Discussion of GT rewards, quick and miscellaneous events if we decide to go that route. if discussion can be wrapped up fast enough, we can start moving on to how we're going to communicate the Get Together idea to Event Organizers and explaining to them how their events should work with the general theme
Phase 3: (May 26th - June 9th): This period is where we can draft up a recruitment thread and get thoughts. We can use this opportunity to review past discussions and see if everyone is still on the same page. We can then discuss opening the Event Organizer forum afterwards. The recruitment threads itself is part of this phase but for the sake of ease i'll list it as a separate thing:
EO Signup Phase: (June 9th - June 23rd or if we want an extra week, June 30th) - we pretty much announce the GT interest signups and see who's interested. maybe admins can send out mass e-mails out to members to gather interest too.
EO Planning Phase: (July 1st - July 22nd) - This is the time EOs would have to start putting up their events on the planning forum and getting it together. i think three weeks is doable but if the goal is August we can work with an extra week and make it July 30th. as long as we have an extra few days planning afterwards for Event Management to go through each event planned and approve them or suggest changes to be made
