3rd Gen Scorched Slab

This is in a cave off of Route 120.

You have to surf under the bridge to get to it.

All that is in there is the Sunny Day TM (I think, that's the one anyway).

It has water to surf, and ground areas to walk on, but no Pok?mon are in there (tried with Sweet scent too).

Does anyone know if this cave has any other significance?

(It intruiged me because of the name...)

Nope, just the TM. Although every area in the game is a "possible" place to have caught a Pok?mon. With codes, you can set any Pok?mon's caught location to anywhere, it could be inside of the truck you move to Hoenn in, or the Scorched Slab etc.
