[Script] Script runs upon entering room

Hello there!

In a Firered hack I'm making, I wish to disable saving upon entering the Elite Four's first room. While I have the ability to disable saving, as the rombase I'm using allows me to do so, I do not know how to make the script run upon entering the room. How would I go about doing this?
