can anyone tell me a good movepool and ev to train my scyther. Its modest (-attack + special attack). and i want to train it to get a scisor. BUT AT LV100 IT HAS 219 attack and only 129 s.attack

Modest is terrible on Scizor...use adamant instead. Or something better than modest...

The Sweeper. You only really need enough Speed to outrun Azelf.
Reversal Over Iron Head if you want more coverage.

Baton Pass, ask someone else. I don't use Scizor for Baton Pass so I dunno.

Yep I certaintly did, but Choice Band U-Turn with Scyther seem to have worked wonders for me...

Scizor can learn SD and agility naturaly, so yeah, it is a nice BPer.
