Search Bars! Attack!

    A search-bar keeps appearing on my Internet Broswer.I keep exiting it but every time a new page loads it keeps coming back.What do I do to get rid of it once and for all?

    I have MSN Plus but have no searchbar (on my IE)...
     
    It is not MSN Plus.It is titled Less64 Think.And it has links to 'Adult' 'Children' 'Teen' 'MP3' 'More' . I hate that toolbar. o.O
