5th Gen Seasons and what to buy?

Hey guys. I have a few questions.

I heard that black and white will have seasons. summer autumn winter spring. Is this true? Because that would be pretty awesome!

I played Diamond and plantinum via the DS i could borrow from a friend. But i plan to buy one myself now. Yet their are several models now.

I was kinda intressted in the DSi XL. I dunno if this sounds stupid, but is that good to buy with Black & white? Sorry if it sounds stupid but i dont know anything about this.

You can discuss seasons here, but yes, they do exist.

As for what to buy, just a note: the DSi will have a few exclusive features for B/W (though it won't affect gameplay as a whole), however they will play as normal on any other DS system - or alternatively you could wait for the 3DS, really, it's up to you.
