Quick note, i notice you put Manaphy was voted OU in smogon. Currently its still under testing. Has Manaphy been allowed in the offical smogon OU server, if so then go ahead and allow it on WiFi.

It was voted OU in the Stage 3 process (where they tested Latias, Latios, Deoxys-S, Garchomp, Manaphy and Shaymin-S all together). But, I'll just wait till it is updated on the Smogon's Shoddy server to be safe.
