Japanese. n.n()I'm fluent in English, but my Japanese needs improvment. Usually when I speak in Japanese, I end up making an idiot out of myself. I understand it very well, however. I'm currently in Spanish class because I'm in a private school. In order to graduate, I needed two years of foreign language, and Spanish is all they offer. e_e()

My second language is English. I still learn English a lot. I hope, you guys understand my posts :paranoid: I know, sometimes I make some mistakes =/

My first language is Spanish, and there's absolutely no way I could have forgotten how to write, read or speak the language because I'm in USA less than 2 years and I speak Spanish at home :)

English, I'm still bad at it...still learning. yay?
And I also want to learn Japanese in Middle School or High School whatever is the one you can learn different languages on...:P

You have better grammar, spelling, and understanding than a lot of people I know in real life. XD I think it's awesome how people can speak other languages so well. ^_^; I'd be afraid to post on a message board that wasn't in my native language because I'd be scared I'd make myself look dumb.

Well, I'm learning french in school. It's mandatory until grade 10 when you can drop it, but I'm keeping it anyway. People who know more than one language get paid more according to a recent study. =P

I'm also taking Japanese. Classes started two weeks ago and I missed Saturday's class since I was on a school trip. x_X But at least I'm getting my 3rd language credit from it. :) I love the Japanese language, so it's a lot of fun to be learning something for school which I actually want to learn.

after korean my parents want me to get in touch with my veeeeeeeeerry far away roots and learn chinese (mandarin, cause all the high school students in korea learn it, stupid heritage!!!)

I noticed! My friend who is Korean showed me how to write several different things in Korean. It seemed so complicated! I don't see how Asians learn to write all of that so fast. ^_^; They have to be really smart, comparing it to the typical English letters that I write all the time!

They should have Some Sort of Different Language Systems at My school.

WE have the Romanesque and OVer Populated Asian Languages

For anyone who wants to learn chinese... It's very hard, so beware. x_x; *nods nods* Speaking it is the easiest, reading it is the 2nd easiest, writing it is the hardest. x_x;
For Mandarin, yes.
But for Cantonese...Mua hua hua hua!! There are 9 different tones for each pronouciation, each has seperate meanings!

examples--> guai1=Turtle
鬼﹐guai2=Ghost
跪﹐guai3=Kneel down
貴﹐guai4=expensive
櫃﹐guai5=Cupboard
guai6= ---(no meaning)
guai7=---(no meaning)
..................................up to the 9th one....@_@|||
So, Cantonese is the most difficult language to pronounce!
