5th Gen Selecting more then 2 items

    Hey all
    I only just realized this a few days ago that you can select lots of items and just scroll down and click the one you want instead of going in your bag all the time.

    so what are your thoughts on this?
     
    I love this tbh. All I need to do is press Y and my much loved Pal Pad, as well as the Bike is there, which I actually find easier to use than HGSS - mainly because I like being able to click a menu, rather than touch a menu /weird. :(

    I like this heaps. It is sooo much easier to use. I used to hate having only one selected item at a time. The only flaw about it is that I liked having DPPt radar system, where it is always showing on the poketech, then you can like open the menu and stuff, and it is still there. Because now I have to keep opening the radar after I check my party. But overall I love this new system. Much faster, convenient and takes less time.
     
    It's a lot better than the old way of doing it, it enables you to select more than two items as a quick key type thing. I'm all for it.
     
    I love it! I can register everything. My bike, Super Rod, Pal Pad, even my Pokedex. It is so convenient for me. And I agree with Nica, it is better than the touch screen controls.

    How can you register your pokedex on it?
     
    I didn't know that this feature would be implemented in B/W, but after pressing Y out of boredom, I found it useful.

    Open the PokeDex and there should be a little check box somewhere on the screen which you can touch to select - it's the same one that appears on pockets in the bag, certain key items and Pokemon stats. Once you check the box, it'll appear on the menu whenever you press Y.

    Personally, I like it, but I try not to have too many things on the menu in case it gets cluttered. At the moment, for example, there's just the Bicycle and the Pal Pad.
     
    I have all the selectable Key Items, except Town Map.
