pokesunday just confirmed everything except pokabus 1st evo :) so at least we have all the awesome new pokemon :D
and they confirmed 2rivals :)

they are also central to the storyline, being with you on alot of important occurrences :)

If this has been said, then I guess that I'm saying it again. The new mushroom is probably a replacement for Voltorb (looks like an item ball, but, low and behold, it's a Pokemon battle.)

Huh? May didn't drop off? You battled her/Brendan five times, that's plenty for a rival.

The most exciting feature revealed so far is that there is a "Battle Tournament" option on the start menu.

I think the final evolutions for the starters are definitely fake. The art that they came with was pretty poor. It's possible that the people got leaks of the September CoroCoro and made up the final evolution based on the design of the second. Evidence? The artwork for all the 2nd stage Pokemon is all flawed -- Janobii is the wrong shade of green, Chaobuu's head is angled wrong, and Futachimaru's obviously based on the beta artwork, and doesn't reflect the official.

That, and the final evolutions look nothing like the first two.

I think the color for the "Fake" art is the same as the one that was just released. And in the Interview that they had with the artists he SAID that the Final version wasn't going to look like the beginning Pokemon.

Also the "fake" are for Pokabu's is exactly like the one that was released. A guy said that it was a rip off of Lickylicky and look, he was wrong because that first stage is real.

I personally dont like the starter's final evolutions. I do like their second though. Im definitely starting with mijumaru. And the new pokemon revealed were awsome. I especially like the new cat-like pokemon. Im sure its gonna have an epic evolution since N has it >=]

May dropped off, you fight her outside the department store while shes still in the 30s, then you never battle her again.
instead shes replaced by Wally.
all rivals except the Wally,&May are from beginning to end
where as you have 1 off battle with wally, then you see him at the victory road,instead of may,who couldnt handle battling and game up.
while every other rival has followed, or been 1step ahead of you, throughout the entire region(s) and you face them once more at the victory road/pokemon league (in platinums case, the fight/survival area)

No pre-Generation V Pokémon are available until after the National Pokédex has been obtained.

Zorua and Zoroak can't be recieved until after National Dex. Can't trade from a game with National Dex if you don't have it. Dream World will be locked until then too?

um.....just wondering but am I the only one who hates the HYDRA concept as the pseudo-legend. First off Dark/Dragon should only be typing used for legends imo, and then they have to make it a Hydra. I feel like the pseudo-legend was wasted. I mean this Pokemon basically screams NOOB. It seems like it should be in bakugan or yugioh to me. Honestly that's saying something considering I haven't even seen it

With Fighting, Bug, Ice, and Dragon weakness, I don't see this as Legend material. Dark/Ghost on the other hand should have been a Legend Concept.

The only thing I see Tamagetake similar to Voltorb is the pokéball print on its head. Other than that, it's a Grass/Poison type so that's the only thing they have in common. Plus Tamagetake is a mushroom and well, Voltorb is a Ball Pokémon. I get where Tamegetake is the new Voltorb by the pokéball, though. For the type and pokémon itself, there's not much they relate to.

As for the second evolutions for the starters shown, I like Futachimaru but its final evolution is what I don't really fond much. It's like they have Pokabu's and Mijumaru's evolutions mixed up in a way. If you look at it, we want Mijumaru's final evolution to stand on two legs instead of all four whereas Pokabu's final evolutions we want them to be on all four. Same goes for the fact that Pokabu's line has part fighting and Mijumaru's evolution line doesn't. Something I thought worth mentioning.

Actually, it never said anywhere you have to wait until the end to trade. To get the transfer machine with the Poke-whatever you talk to a guy in Huin City.

Assuming that guy is there/not locked when you get there, it's safe to assume you can trade.

They also said that exact same thing for Diamond/Pearl/Platinum (about Pokemon not in the Sinnoh dex) and wallah! You could trade them in before the national dex!

I don't remember them saying that in Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. I remember them saying you couldn't catch other Pokemon until National Dex. I know it says you can't obtain any Pokemon from Hoen on FR/LG until you get the Ruby and Sapphire plates and fix the machine. (Includes trades from other FR/LG games)
