Blazeiken + team magma (female) grunt- its like a TM head, blazeiken body, (hat of team magma grunt).

Torchic + articono - torchic as base.

I don't think I can do your request, all of the limbs on Kyogre and Lugia are bigger than Mudkip's body.

It's not the matter of room, it's the size of the Mudkip. I can't put the big limbs on such a small base.
