Chp.1 Sad Start for Sentret!
The sun was high in the sky and the smell of gasoline was in the air.
"Whew it's hot out… time for a break!" Ty said as he looked up from the Pad-Cycle he was fixing. His bushy brown-blond stuck up in places and his orange T-shirt was faded and ripped. "Come on out! Sentret! Espeon!" Two Pokeballs flew up and two beams of light came down. The first formed the Scout Pokemon: Sentret, the second the Sun Pokemon: Espeon. "Here you go guys." Ty said as he placed two bowls of Pokechow on the floor. Sentret hop over and wolfed down the kibble, but Espeon stood still concentration. The psychic Pokemon jumped out of the way of a Pokeball. Luckily Espeon got out of the way in time; unluckily Sentret didn't until he was sucked inside by a flash of light.
"Dam! I missed! Oh well I'll get it this time!" A man stood on the rood about ten feet away. He wore a pair of large shades and a grunt uniform under a trench coat with the words "Team Snagem" on the back. In his hand the grunt the Pokeball he used to steal Sentret with, and on his shoulder their was a strange pad.
"Sentret return!" Ty commanded. A jet of red light shot out from Ty's Pokeball and it zoomed at the grunt's. The light faded and Ty's Pokeball shattered. "But…but…" Ty stammered as he stared at the small pile of broken mirrors and circuitry. As he stared down at the remains he whispered: Swift…"
"Eon!" The gem glowed and a barrage of stars hit the grunt. The grunt staggered backwards under the rain of stars hit his face. He turned around and tried to run but tripped as his coat was ripped off by Ty. As the grunt ran of into the desert, the last stars still following him, Ty looked threw the coat. A few Pokeballs, a map and a keycard, along with the shoulder pad the grunt wore fell out of the coat. Snapping on the shoulder pad and jumping on his Pad-Cycle, Ty and his Espeon drove off to find the Sentret at the place on the map marked "Outskirt Stand".
