Shatter’s hackneyed attempt at spriting

Heya, fairly new to spriting things, so I thought I'd start a thread and see if I could get some feedback.

Currently messing around with Digimon sprites, let me know what you think ^^

Oh, I love him! For someone new to sprinting you've got quite an eye for it! One of the things I can recommend is that you dither a little more. Just a tiny bit, right where the shadow transitions. I think that will make the shadows look less jarring. Overall though, fantastic sprite! :)
