I briefly looked over your post,
You might like to know that the Lickilicky you are offering is made with cheat.
Ice punch is illegal on the same set as hammer arm.
As ice punch is a generation 3 tutor move, while hammer arm only available through breeding in generation 4.
 
really? I thought tutor moves could be breeded onto offspring? >_<

What are the exact evs please?
 
You mean the calculated EVs? The Magmortar has 31 in attack and defense and the Blaziken has 29 in special attack.
