well, i'm pretty sure I wouldnt be able to get a shiny, right? hmm.. Not really sure what my Dex needs, I'll take a look.
 
It was my Rotom for your Typhlosion holding an item, and another shiny for it.
 
I also have a sassy Magnemite, though it's at level 29.

It's IV (approximations) are 27/25/10/11/19/1
