NoK Manaphy is hacked, why, simply because the Korean language was not programmed in any other versions of D/P, and it's impossible to trade between Korean versions and English/French/any other, let it be GTS, Wi-Fi, Union Room ,etc. they can't trade if it's not between two Korean versions.

learn to get a flash cart + converter <_< That's the way around it. This is how people are getting legit Platinum pokes with English OT names. This is also why pokesav works on it and how hacks are being created!

you're not changing the language nor are you changing any part of the pokemon's data nor are you creating a pokemon. Go buy yourself a flashcart (they're worth about 2 ds games), you then download a korean rom and play it ON YOUR DS! It works like any other game and is not hacking. You can then download wondercards over wifi/mystery gift like any other regular pokemon ds game you buy at a store! This means you can get the wondercard for the NOKs. And luckily with flashcarts, you can plug it in to your computer and extract the data from your game and put it on an English cart or any other language ds cart. This does NOT change any info of the pokemon transferred. If you check through hex or pokesav everything remains the same. The only thing is Korean names will not show up on the cart it is transferred to since the language pack isn't installed.
This is the same way people are getting Pokemon Platinum outside of Japan without importing <_< In essence you are not doing anything that messes with the game's data or the pokemon's data itself. It's a simple trade simply by using your computer as a link cable mechanism. Anyways, if you want to continue discussing this, discuss via vm. We shouldn't be spamming 032193sid's thread.
