This has the bones of a decent deck, but not much else. Too much energy and not enough Pokes and Trainers seriously detracts from the deck. Also, you chose 3 of the lease powerful Shinings to base your deck around. Haymaker could beat this thing easily.

You're talking about a Haymaker deck being able to beat this deck easily, wow you must not know what a great deck looks like then :disappoin , since Heymaker decks havn't been good for a long time, now if you said Sneasel/Slowking or a great Feraligatr (since all the best feraligatr builds can do 100 or more consecutively every turn after turn 3) deck then I would say your probably right, but we play by the old restrictions when playing unlimited most of the time with Sneasel/Slowking being baned, since the tournaments aren't sanctioned. Also, most of our players don't just build what they saw on line so there are a lot more creative decks, instead of everyone just playing a Haymaker or Feraligatr deck or a Sneasel/Slowking deck on days that they would be legal. Unless you play test this kind of a deck you wont have any idea on how good it is. Also what are you talking about 3 of the least powerful Shinings, Shining Tyranitar and Steelix suck since they both require 2 special energies, the Magicarp, Celebi, and Charizard are also really horrible, and the Noctowl requires too many energies to do too little damage and has low HP, so how are those 3 of the least powerful?

That's why there are 3X Pokemon Fan Club, 2X Juggler, and 1X Challenge, since all you really need is a Elekid to hold your opponent off while you power up a big attacker like the Ho-oh, which I should have listed up there as the colorless rare from Neo 3 with Rainbow Burn. With a Focus Band on an Elekid you can stall your opponent for quite some time, and with all the Gold Berries you can continue to heal the heavy hitters and continue to dish out the damage.

I used Haymaker precisely BECAUSE IT'S THAT BAD OF A DECK RIGHT NOW!!!!! THAT THING COULD NOT POSSIBLY BEAT A BASE SET ONLY HAYMAKER!!!!!

Also, I seem to remember a very kool thing with the Ttar, also the Raichu is extremely powerful if you know how to use it. The cards that you've chosen are more worthy of framing than playing.

Wow, for a proffessor you sure do have a big mouth  . If you don't like the deck that much and don't even have advice for how to make it better (which I can't see happening anyway since it's already so amazingly good) then why are you waisting my time and taking up room on this post. When helping with a deck you should always give constructive criticism, not just criticism! Once again I'll say it, Haymakers aren't that good anymore and you can tell that since they haven't one any major unlimited tournaments in years (at least not ones my friends or I have seen or played in). What is this very kool thing with Ttar you remember, obviously it wasn't kool enough for you too remember exactly what it was, probably because it isn't worth playing since both his attacks require darks.

Get some glasses, read my first post, and shut up.
Hey bozo, who started this post. You still haven't given one tiny bit of good advice, all you've blabed about is how I'm using too much energy, not enough Pokemon, how the trainers seriously detracts from the deck(which I can't understand why you said this), and how your deck is better. How are any of those things constructive criticism......oh ya there not. I've never met a proffessor as rude as you, get some manners.

I'm not going to give away free advise. You'll have to learn how to build a good deck on your own, I'm just giving you pointers on how a deck is generally constructed. Take my advise or leave it, but just shuddup bout it.
Why would I pay you for advice! :disappoin your records are not that great to begin with and your best records are in prereleases, I wonder why. It seems like you need to learn how to build your own deck. And what is this SBZ1 and SBZ2 you speak of anyway?
P.S. How is it that your old enough to be a professor but not old enough to know how to spell shut up properly.

Okay guys, settle down. You can have your opinions on deck types and stuff, but respect each other please and don't flame. Ultimately if he doesn't want you advice for one reason or another, stop giving it.
