    Does anyone now where I can get maps for the games.... I mean like overworld maps of routes towns etc....

    Pleeease...
     
    If you want like overworld maps, then they'll have to be ripped from games using a ROM and an emulator. The problem is, there isn't any compatible emulators for DS games, so we'll have to wait. An extremely inconvinient way to do it is to take pictures of it with a digital camera and upload them onto your computer. I highly disrecommend it, unless you're TOTALLY desperate. Other than that, you'll need to wait for a DS compatible emulator. I'm betting it'll come out around the U.S's D/P release date, which is somewhere next Spring 07.

    Yeah, they'll probably have maps, and I was wrong, there are DS Emulators but not a lot of good ROMs. Can't wait until someone rips Diamond or Pearl to a ROM =D I bet the Japanese player's guide is released, if you're really desperate for the maps then I would buy it.

    rom fine; emulator bad;
    strategy guide is best source for maps. it's just more convenient than scrolling. for me anyways...
     
    I've been checking every possiblity of emulators and ROMs of D/P...sorry but I can't get it. If you're going to Japan next summer, D/P should be released in Spring 07. Maybe a month or two later if you live in Europe. If you're not that depserate, then just wait for a working emulator and ROM, which actually should be before the English release date. Good luck.

    No you are wrong. There are no working DS Emulators and there are LOTS of DS ROMS. D/P has already been made as a ROM and it can be downloaded.

    Well, Scizz is wrong. The Emulators cant work but the ROMS can. The ROMS are working very well actually and there are loads of them.

    I'm sure you will be able to find one on the Internet in about a month or two when someone has fully created the map. The map looks pretty big as I have already got the map on Diamond.

    I have the actual game and a working ROM. The ROM was released about a day or two after the game release.
     
    Like I said in the PM, there are working NDS ROMS but NO WORKING emulator for the DS. There is a D/P ROM but no emulator to go with it.

    And on topic I have found a map of Shinou! Here it is: WARNING!! CONTAINS SPOILERS OF THE GAME!

    Um... not to disappoint you or anything, but, !!**Alex**!!, your picture is broken.

    On the topic, (hopefully) I wish I could do something for this predictament, however, I do not have a capable emulator, a copy of the game, or a guide. Maybe serebii.net could help you out, or if you are interested, I believe there already is a guide that I posted a while back that maybe had it. I'll go check, and update if they have one.

    But by the way...I started this thread to get overworld maps and not a rom or emulator....so if this gets closed, its not my fault.....(Well, I also found a working rom, but no emus).


    also, thanx alex for that map.....now I know the english translation of places....what a relief.
