shiny arceus for victini

hey guys im looking for a victini, preferably an event one with fusion flare fusion bolt and searing shot, i have a shiny Japanese arceus which i have no idea if its legit or not i got it in wondertrade
he is shiny lvl 100 with a jolly nature with sword dance extreme speed judgement and hydro cannon in a cherish ball and with a Japanese name.

the arceus is hacked since you got it from wondertrade. its ribbon removed which makes it a hack. events with ribbons can't be traded over wondertrade
