Unfortunately, we know that a lot of hacked shiny Celebis are going around due to the desirability of the Pokemon. For this reason, we require all shiny Celebis to be hack checked as per the rules of the subforum. This requires trading the Celebi in question to a Hack Checker so that they may use something like PKHeX to make sure the Pokemon ticks all the legitimancy requirements. If that all goes smoothly, you'd be officially allowed to trade your Celebi here on PC!
